The space
Welcome to your ultimate Hilton Head Island getaway at this charming villa located in the Cordillo Cabanas Community!

This one-bedroom villa is the perfect getaway for a couple, a family or friends looking to enjoy all that Island has to offer! This villa provides an idyllic coastal experience.

This cozy private home has everything you'll need for your stay including beach chairs and beach towels. The Kitchen is fully equipped for a nice breakfast or a family dinner. The Villa comes with a starter supply of dish soap, bath soap, paper towels and toilet paper. All linens and towels are included and placed throughout the villa as well. If you need to do any laundry, we have a WASHER and DRYER in the unit for your convenience.

The condo is perfectly Situated close to South Forest Beach Drive on the south End of the island. Close by you can find several bike rental places to explore the island and its amazing bike paths.
You can walk from your front door to the sand in just minutes or stroll to Coligny Plaza to find local shops, restaurants and live entertainment. It is also located at the entrance of the back gate of Sea Pines Plantation (You will need to purchase a pass) So you will be able to Dine at Sea Pines’ fabulous restaurants, including the famous Salty Dog Café and The Beach Club Restaurant on the water. Enjoy the miles of biking trails as you explore the Forest Preserve, Shops at Sea Pines, Lawton Horse Stables, Baynard Plantation, and Harbour Town lighthouse.

Our complex offers a pool - open from 7am until Sunset everyday!

Hilton Head Island is a beach paradise. If you love the island life in Hilton Head Island you can experience nature on a dolphin tour, kayak tour, a kids pirate tour or mermaid tour, rent jet skis or visit the Coastal Discovery Museum.

Golfers will appreciate being close to courses such as Shipyard Golf Club and Harbour Town Golf Links.

It was a great place to stay and convenient to just about everything such as restaurants, the golf course, and church. It was nice to be able to bring our small dog with us. The rooms were a bit smaller that we thought and we wished there was a more comfortable chair/recliner in the living area. The lock was good but we would have liked something more secure.

The location to everything including the beach and that we could bring our little dog was excellent! We were just minutes from many excellent restaurants and shops. The host answered any of my questions prior to checking in immediately and was very professional. The villa was very clean when we arrived and everything we were looking for during our stay on Hilton Head Island!

Loved our stay in this cute and cozy cabana with our fur babies! The rain couldn't even put a damper on our stay. Very convenient to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Hope to stay again in the near future.

Cute little apartment, perfect for our needs. Glad it was pet friendly. Very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Only issue was the ac unit is right next to the couch which made watching TV difficult when it was running. Great location, easy walk to the beach and a short drive to many great shops and restaurants. Also a short drive to Coligny Beach which has free parking, facilities and a lifeguard.

These are economy accommodations. The unit inside was nice overall and easy to find. It is convenient to most things you want to do. Access to the beach is easy. Read the guide prepared by the hosts for helpful hints. Bonus for being pet friendly. My dog loved the beach.The grounds around this building are overgrown. The outdoor seating area is unusable. The ceiling fans in the unit were very noisy and wobbled on higher speeds. The furnishings could stand to be upgraded.

This property could go from unacceptable to good/basic with one change. My kids and I left after the first night of a two-night trip, and I wasted a lot of money! They need a new sofa and sofa bed if they want to claim that the property sleeps four. The fold-out bed was very dirty, with a blood stain and dirt all over it. After seeing this, I folded the bed back up and slept on the sofa, on the cushions. When I woke up, the sheet I laid over the cushions smelled bad and so did my pajamas. The cushions were obviously dirty and mildewed. It is a cloth covered couch. They need a leather/pleather or non-porous surface on the couch so that it can be cleaned. My guess is that wet dogs are on it often. We did not want to even sit on the couch after that. The place was acceptable otherwise, though I would consider a washable comforter on the one bed so that pet hair can be removed.
