Summary:

Beautiful detached backyard unit with one bedroom, one bathroom, living room and kitchen. Built in 2019, the apartment has air conditioning, heating and also has a pull out sofa bed for a third person.



The apartment sits behind the main house and has it's own separate entrance. It has a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker.



Levi Stadium is 5.4 miles from the apartment.



The Space:

There is a queen size bed and a large closet that has a desk area if you need a quiet space to work. The apartment has fast WiFi and there is a patio that is a shared space so you might see myself or my wife in the backyard from time to time. Guests are welcome to use the patio although no smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.



We also provide one parking space in the driveway for guests.



There is no washer and dryer in the apartment, but there are a couple laundromats close by.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment. The only shared space is the outdoor patio.



Other Things to Note:

We live in the main house and give guests their privacy.
