The home is cozy, and worked well for us. We were hoping for snow, but we can’t control the weather. Kitchen was well equipped, the mattress comfortable, and we saw some elk (I think!).

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay. The cabin was decorated beautifully for the holidays and had everything needed for a comfortable 4 night stay. The hosts were very accommodating and couldn't have been nicer.

Everything was great!!! The kitchen was well supplied. All the Christmas decorations were great and made it feel homey. The backyard is perfect for pets, our dog spent a lot of time exploring, she actually wanted to hang out on the wraparound deck. The outdoor patio was great, even though it was December we were able to close the curtains and keep the heat in. We rent up in Pine almost monthly and this was by far the best place we've stayed at. We all felt Nick should write a book on how to be a host, everything was that perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at the lodge. The cabin was very clean, and the bathrooms looked recently updated. Nick, the host, provided excellent communication. Location was perfect, only 15 minutes from the Tonto Natural Bridge and 45 minutes from Woods Canyon Lake. We'll definitely come back.

Beautiful cabin with an open layout and outdoor living space. The wood fireplaces were enjoyable and made the home cozy. All was clean and well maintained. I was very pleased with this home and the hosts! Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Dancing Bear Lodge. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. The fenced in back area is perfect for our dogs. Lots of area for them to run and play. Our host Nick was very responsive to any needs. The outdoor covered area is amazing. You can relax, watch tv or just enjoy the relaxing scenery. There is also a game area in the garage which includes a pool table and other games. My family stayed for 1 night during our stay and were so impressed they said they will definitely be coming back. Can’t say enough about this property. If visiting Pine you will not be disappointed staying at Dancing Bear Lodge. We were lucky enough to have elk visit us and spend hours eating from the trees in the back.

Excellent VRBO!

It was enjoyable, it was everything as described plus some. It was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms had everything you needed the water was immediately hot when you took a shower, beds were comfortable, the views were beautiful, the birds all arrived humming, bluejays, orioales, stellar jays, the squirrels, and the elk and deer, jacuzzi was the best ever. The dogs had a great time with the fenced in area.We have stayed at many VRBO's and this was the BEST!

Beautiful Home with all the Extras

Home was stunning. Fully stocked to easily support cooking and use the BBQ. Outdoor area perfect for lounging and the hot tub was great. The garage game room was a bonus. Beds very comfortable too!

Even better than the photos!

This house is breathtaking, the hot tub was perfect. The views are great. You can get cozy on the very comfy couch and enjoy the views from the many windows. They are very accommodating. We want to visit again soon!

The Dancing Bear lodge!

It is a beautiful property. Has an amazing hangout patio with heaters, fireplace and a game room with plenty to do in the garage. The hot tub was very relaxing and the kids loved it. The upstairs loft had an amazing bathroom with a large bathtub and shower with views of the night skywith

Perfect stay at the Dancing Bear!

We had the best time at this beautiful cabin. It was super clean, very well appointed, and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend to get away. My kids enjoyed playing pool and foosball. I’m not typically a hot tub person, but we enjoyed it both nights when we were there. Beds are extremely comfortable. My favorite part was the outdoor living area with fireplace. I cannot wait to go back!

After renting different cabins in the area for years, we purchased this property in Spring of 2017 to use as our own getaway and vacation rental. We strive to have it feel as warm and friendly as possible. We personally stay at many other vacation rentals and think we know what it will take to make you feel at home and comfortable during your stay. Check out our Reviews.... We live in East Valley, town of Gold Canyon and are less than 2 hours away or faster via text, if needed.

We fell in love with this Beam and Post construction and stone fireplace. The outdoor living area is unmatched. Pine is a fabulous artsy location with a small town feel. Elk and deer will casually stroll down the streets looking for something to eat or a place to bed down.

Only a few blocks to the Tonto National Forest. Spectacular views from the front, back and side yards. Easy access and conveniently close to town while still be far enough away for privacy and serenity.
