The house was just as we expected. It is clean and nicely decorated. Caitlyn added lots of nice touches like even an extra set of dishes for kids. She was super responsive when we had questions and was available for recommendations if needed. Woukd stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment was very spacious for Chicago and comfortably fit our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, including kids’ dinnerware, which was a thoughtful touch.Free parking was a big bonus, the owners were easy and responsive to communicate with, and the location was excellent—just a short, easy drive to downtown. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Excellent Stay and Location

I had an excellent experience here. The location is absolutely and easily walkable to the Aragon Ballroom and entertainment. The entire unit is spacious, clean and beautifully kept up, including a modern kitchen. The host was very friendly and made the entire check and stay process very simple. I was really impressed and would certainly recommend a stay here if in the Chicago area, especially if you plan to see a show at Aragon.

We had a great time and the apartment was lovely! Plenty of room and near the “L” and bus stops. We did not drive our entire visit. The apartment was very well stocked and had many nice touches and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Great location and plenty of space for 6 (4 adults and 2 children). Less than 5 minute walk to Red Line stop at Lawrence for CTA and also enough space for 2 vehicles (including a Navigator). Furnishings and amenities were updated and in great condition (I might even buy the range for my own home). There were a couple very minor issues (door code for front door is different than the rear doors & the lock on the front gate froze overnight) and the host responded and resolved both very quickly. Would stay at this property again without hesitation for our next trip to Chicago.

I'd give it 6 stars if possible!

Overall the stay, the ease of check-in, even just asking about the L and neighborhood was so easy! We stayed with 5 family members but 3 of us wanted their own room and each room was quiet and comfortable!Even the cleanliness was amazing I felt like we were the first ones to ever be in here.If you need space for a large family or even 4 couples THIS is the best spot for you. Thanks so much for a wonderful Chicago weekend.

We stayed with our family and my brother’s family (4 kids overall). We have all traveled quite a bit and we thought this was one of the very best rentals we have even chosen! There was plenty of space for us to spread out, cozy bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and loads of thoughtful touches like children’s dishes, boxes of tissues, and a basket of throw blankets. The neighborhood was very quiet at night. We were able to walk to the Montrose beach and let the kids play, and it was easy to drive to the museums and parks we wanted to visit. There was a convenient deli/market to buy breakfast foods, and several good restaurants, including an authentic Chinese restaurant (vetted by my knowledgeable sister-in-law)!
