This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, a rocking chair, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a cable TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• 2nd level walk in second level (8 steps required) - Ramp to the left of the building.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Portable crib available.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• This home’s sister unit, Fairway View, is available to rent separately, and larger parties are encouraged to book the combined unit, Fairway View Duo.

• Home is not pet friendly

• The pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
