Pretty much as advertised. Nice spot! Extra credit for a complete and well-organized kitchen, with shelf space labeled for each kitchen item. I think they had everything necessary for a group of friends to share a house, hang out, prepare some meals. The view of the ocean is nice from the deck and from the kitchen table.. though weather dependent of course. The fog wasn't always cooperative, though it was still a great view. This is clear in the photos, but just note there are stairs required to get in to the house, and need to navigate stairs once inside too. Certainly no issues with us, all in our 60's and 70's. Sound isolation was pretty good between the rooms. They were responsive when the coffee maker had problems, providing a replacement for the next morning when we needed it.
