Cambria is waiting for you at this 5-bedroom house. With 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, a crib, and a futon, this peaceful retreat offers a fantastic stay for guests. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating, a hair dryer, washing machine, and iron. The 3 bathrooms feature a bathtub and shower for added comfort. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. A $500 fee per broken house rule may apply for non-compliance of guest(s) or the neighbors complain.

Guest Count & Pricing Policy

Our rates are based on the total number of guests reserved, not just the number of nights stayed. Once a reservation is confirmed, the calendar is blocked for that specific group size and prevents us from accepting other bookings that may require higher occupancy.

No refunds are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or reductions in guest count after booking, including for holiday or peak-demand dates.

Any disturbance to anyone in the house or broken house rule(s) will result in cancelled reservation and removal from the premises with no refunds. Applicable fees will apply. Thankfully, we have never had to enforce this rule. :-)

House was in great condition and beautiful views. The simplicity and ease of accessing things in the home is made our stay so much nicer.

Pretty much as advertised. Nice spot! Extra credit for a complete and well-organized kitchen, with shelf space labeled for each kitchen item. I think they had everything necessary for a group of friends to share a house, hang out, prepare some meals. The view of the ocean is nice from the deck and from the kitchen table.. though weather dependent of course. The fog wasn't always cooperative, though it was still a great view. This is clear in the photos, but just note there are stairs required to get in to the house, and need to navigate stairs once inside too. Certainly no issues with us, all in our 60's and 70's. Sound isolation was pretty good between the rooms. They were responsive when the coffee maker had problems, providing a replacement for the next morning when we needed it.
