What makes Caribe C1001 ? Our Condo is the perfect getaway for families, couples, and individuals looking for some fun in the sun.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a California king-sized bed, stunning glass doors that open onto a scenic balcony overlooking Perdido bay, and a en-suite master bathroom boast with a spa style Jacuzzi, walk - in shower, double sink, and large mirror.

The private guest bedroom offers 2 Full-sized beds, a TV, and a private bathroom as well.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need from KitchenAid appliances such as electric wall oven, built in microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware, utensils, and dishes. Washer and dryer is also available. Our condo will provide a starter pack of garbage bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper & paper towels, a sponge, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Cleans linens and bath towels are available. Please make sure to bring your own beach towels.

We recommend you to bring extra amenity needs, for 2+stays or more.

Relax in our open-concept living area, Our bright floor to ceiling windows fill the condo with natural light. Not enough beds? No worries! . The living room is appointed with a cozy queen sofa bed and a Smart TV, creating an ideal space for gathering and relaxation.

Reassurance on your luxury stay: We have cleaning professionals who sanitize and maintain our condo. Rest assured guest’s health and safety is our top priority.

Parking Passes: Cost of Caribe parking is set by the Homeowners Association. Building (B) is where you will acquire all your parking passes. Trailer parking is also available!

FOR APRIL RESERVATIONS: Spring break visitors during April will need to obtain wristbands from Security in building (C) main lobby.

Policys:

Cancellations: Guest who cancel (5) days before will receive FULL refund. Refunds will not be issued to early/ late arrivals. Refunds will also not be issued to bad weather.
