🌊 With beach access just steps away, you can bask in the sun, swim in one of the two pools (one heated), or unwind in the hot tub. The resort is conveniently located next door to the family-friendly Schooners Beach Bar and Grill, just a 7-minute drive to downtown PCB and 10 minutes to the iconic Pier. The open floor plan offers panoramic views of the award-winning sugar-white sand beaches and crystal-clear emerald waters.

🛏️ The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private full bath. The hallway alcove houses two comfortable twin bunks, while a second full bath ensures ample space for all guests. The spacious living room comes with a flat-screen TV and a queen-sized sleeper sofa, perfect for 2 additional guests. Sliding glass doors lead to your private balcony, where you can enjoy the tropical breeze and soothing sounds of the sea.

Our fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and is stocked with all the essentials for preparing a gourmet meal. After a trip to the local grocer or marina for fresh seafood, you’ll be ready to cook up something special. In addition to the breakfast bar, the separate dining area provides plenty of seating for meals. A stacked washer-and-dryer unit adds convenience, allowing you to pack light.

• The East End pool and spa are heated; the pool heater automatically turns on anytime the water temperature falls below 85°F.

🕒 Rental Rules & Information:
• Must be 25+ to book (HOA RULE) (rental agreement & government-issued ID upload required) | Maximum 6 guests
• During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable occupancy ratio is one (1) person age 25 or older for every two (2) occupants under the age of 25 but over 18. During spring break (all of March & April) Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires that all occupants 18 years of age and older must submit a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license) at the time of booking. Please note that city ordinances supersede the policies of third-party booking platforms, including Airbnb and VRBO.
• Per Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667, guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian on the property after 10:00 PM, including parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. This ordinance is enforced during High Impact Periods (March 1–Memorial Day) and on additional dates as designated by the city. Citywide curfew hours for minors are 8:00 PM–5:00 AM, during which minors must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian anywhere within Panama City Beach, including sidewalks, beaches, parking lots, stores, and public parks. No more than two (2) minors may accompany one (1) parent or adult guardian.
• Only 1 parking pass & 6 armbands are provided per unit. Additional parking is available in a public lot nearby.
• Pets are not allowed, except for owners as per HOA rules.

🧳 What to Bring
We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.

For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:

☀️ condiments, spices, and cooking oil
☀️ dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters
☀️ beach towels, sunscreen, umbrella, and beach toys

Some items may already be in the home from previous guests, but we recommend coming prepared or making your trip to the store AFTER checking in so you can check out what you really need.
