Setting like no other. Quiet Country Vibe yet in the Center of the City. Spacious & Updated w/wood floors, big windows, set across the street from trail through the wooded UW Arboretum! Big living room w/luxury furniture & work space is great for gathering. Dining area off kitchen that has sliding door out to elevated deck view the spacious backyard. Retreat to 2 big bedrooms on upper level. Plus big bedroom on ground level & a 4th sleeping area in the lowest level. All memory foam beds. Fully stocked kitchen. NEW: Windows, Siding, Roof & Flooring. Lush yard w/fire pit & gas grill.

This was a great place for a gathering! We had plenty of sleeping space and areas to hang out. Nice, quiet neighborhood and easy to find.

It was a little pricey but it was close to the UWM hospitals and allowed a pet. We found it very quiet and comfortable. Had no problem sleeping. Which is what we needed. It is a rather interesting location. Kind of in a forested area right in the middle of Madison. Absolutely no complaints here.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at this exceptionally spacious duplex. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked extremely well during the hot summer weather. The location was one of the highlights, with convenient access to the UW-Madison campus, downtown Madison, and the UW-Madison Arboretum. One of the Arboretum trailheads is directly across from the driveway, which made it especially easy to enjoy the nearby trails.The property also has a huge backyard that would be ideal for relaxing or having a barbecue, although we did not have an opportunity to use it during our stay. The downstairs area would be an excellent space for kids to relax, play, and unwind. Doug, the owner and property manager, responded quickly to all of our questions and was consistently helpful.Our only constructive suggestion would be to update the television in the living room, which would make an already inviting gathering space even better. Overall, the property was comfortable, convenient, and well suited for a Madison visit. We would gladly stay here again.
