Elk Ridge provides a peaceful atmosphere for family and friends. Elk Ridge was completed in 2025 and contains four spacious bedrooms with king beds, each with an attached full bathroom. One of the four bedrooms/bathrooms is upstairs and includes a full-over-full bunk bed. The game room contains a ping pong table, arcade console, shuffleboard, game table, and a giant TV. A half bath is centrally located near the game room. There is a small office for working or studying and a laundry room with washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, and drying rack. The kitchen is fully appointed and has plenty of room for cooking. The dining table seats eight, and four more seats are available around the kitchen bar. The living room is filled with custom leather furniture centered around the stone fireplace. The amazing view can be enjoyed from the seating and the hot tub on the deck. A gas grill is also available on the deck. The front porch has two gliders, and the parking area is paved. There are curtains now hanging in all bedrooms, primary bath, game room, living room, and dining area. Any green trees shown outside are no longer green due to the South Fork Fire in the summer of 2024. This home was in the path of the South Fork Fire and miraculously survived. Trees will be removed, and replanting will occur over the next few months.
