Great location and house. We had 6 adults/3 kids and had more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably and spend time together. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful House for a Group

We had a wonderful time at this home! It was perfect for our group, with plenty of bedrooms and sleeping options to accommodate everyone comfortably. Having two living rooms was a huge plus, especially when traveling with kids—it gave everyone space to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we loved spending time just soaking them in. The house was also very well stocked, making our stay even more convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

Close to everything in the area. Views are incredible. The house is extremely well done with multiple indoor and outdoor options. Everything is new and in great shape. All around 5 star stay.

We spent 4 nights in this lovely home. It is big and spacious - plenty of room for a large group. The house was very clean. Parking was good for a couple of vehicles. If you have more than that getting in and out of the drive could be tricky. Will definitely book this one again!

Beautiful home, the best in many years of family unions

The home offered everything we needed for our week of enjoyment in Ruidoso. All adults ages 93 to 30. Brand new Hot Tub, fantastic kitchen, beds like new, two refrigerators, huge supply of towels and linens. Our best experience in the many years of rentals.

We had no hot water for the first two days. Property manager communicated well and a repair man did finally get it fixed. However we were offered a refund for those days and now over two weeks later we have not gotten a refund and keep getting told “working on it”.

Great Family Trip

The house was so nice and pretty. Very spacious. There were 10 adults and 4 kids, and we didn't really use 2 of the bedrooms (though the kids wanted to sleep on the couches in one room together). The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We loved the incredible view from the balcony and sitting at the outdoor fireplace and talking. And it was within a few minutes of parks, hiking trails, and a Walmart Supercenter.

Beautiful home with gorgeous views

Thank you so much for the amazing stay! Started Cathi, the property manager, contacting me few days ahead of our stay giving me info about the place and town! She was so sweet and thoughtful. We communicated often about questions i had. The property was amazingly beautiful with a gorgeous view. I’d stay at this house again for sure. We had a small girls weekend and everyone had plenty of space but I could see how families would feel welcome and have enough room to enjoy!!

The house was clean and in good shape. Please note that the listing reflected 5 full bathrooms when in fact there were only 3 full bathrooms. This was a big reason we chose to stay at this house due to the fact that we had a total of 8 men staying for a golf weekend. That was disappointing; however, we did make it work. As I mentioned, the house was good and almost as advertised.

Family trip

The house was lovely and well equipped. The kids had a great time in the gameroom and playing ping pong in the garage. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and clean. However, we were very disappointed to see that there are only 3 full bathrooms when the listing says 5 full bathrooms. It made it very inconvenient for our multiple families to have to share bathrooms. The bathrooms don’t have doors so you have to shut and lock the entire bedroom.

Disappointing!!!!!

The house was nice and clean. We would stay here again as long as the management company isn’t running it. The AC did NOT work the entire time we were there. I called and emailed management several times, which should not happen. They emailed me back to call the owner with NO response but left a detailed message. The house stayed at 80 degrees the whole time! We had to open windows at night just to get some type of air. We should get a refund for all the inconveniences. Needless to say we tried to stay gone most of time from the house. Horrible services.

The Luxe Ruidoso home was perfect for our family of 14. The house was very nice and spacious. The kitchen was full of amenities and we were able to enjoy cooking as if we were at home. The location was great! A quick drive to everywhere. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again!

Marriage Retreat Hosting accommodations

The property is beautiful and very spacious. We loved the amenities. Great kitchen! Great Master bedrooms! & rooms On another note; We woke up "early" to workers on the roof and two vehicles parked in driveway. They didn't bother us but we would have appreciated a notice before and would have been nice if they would have arrived after our 10am check out. All in all, our stay was a September to remember!
