Joyful Vista is a slice of waterfront paradise in St. Petersburg, FL. Wake up to golden sunrises over the bay, sip your morning coffee as dolphins glide past the dock, and unwind beneath swaying palms by the pool.

Nestled along the pristine waterfront of St. Pete, this 3-bedroom (2x King, 1xQueen, 2xTwin XL), 2-bath retreat is designed for relaxation and adventure alike. Each bedroom features a TV, and there are 3 additional TVs in the common areas.

Step inside to find spacious, light-filled interiors that blend coastal charm with modern comfort.

The open-concept living area invites you to relax with comfy seating and stunning bay views, while the fully equipped gourmet kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals.

Each bedroom is a sanctuary, replete with crisp linens, cozy bedding and thoughtful touches to ensure restful nights.

Outside, your private backyard oasis awaits. Lounge poolside with a refreshing beverage in hand and soak in breathtaking waterfront views from sunrise to sunset at the brand new outdoor bar and kitchen (complete with a beverage cooler, sink and a True Flame grill)!

***Swimming pool: is heated. Swimming in the pool after being in salt water without showering off first is not allowed as it damages pH level of the pool water
***Early check in/late check out: the earliest check in we can accommodate is 3:00pm and the latest check out is 11:00 am, at an additional fee to be remitted at time of booking. Can only be accommodated if requested at time of booking and not on arrival day, or during your stay.
***Owner retains use of the dock/boat, garage and if not rented, golf cart, with advance notice to guests.

Wonderful location on the bay. Pool was fantastic, home was very comfortable and well appointed. Great place to relax with short drive to beach and restaurants. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins off the deck.

We loved our stay at the Joyful Vista. The layout of the house was perfect for 4 adults with two kids. The house was very clean and beds were quite comfortable. It was convenient to all St. Pete attractions and it was fun to have family with a boat to be able to pick us up at the dock. Our only real complaint was with Mother Nature as we had a chilly week. It didn't stop us from enjoying the pool or getting out on the kayaks. Would definitely recommend Joyful Vista.

Memorial Day Vacay

This property is beautiful inside and out. Beautifully landscaped yard, pool and deck; and beautifully decorated interior. It is the cleanest property I have stayed. Every detail was thoughtful and many extras to make our stay stress free and relaxing. My husband enjoyed the “coffee room” each morning overlooking the bay, while my daughter and I enjoyed sitting under the covered pool area enjoying our coffee (which was supplied with Kuerig coffee.) I highly recommend this property if you are considering a stay in St. Petersburg, Florida!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Just a few of the things that make Joyful Vista special: it's waterfront AND it has a pool; it spacious, with plenty of common areas inside and outside for 8 guests to spread out OR come together; ample driveway parking = huge plus; the wifi is fast, we love pets, and most of all, there's just a wonderful serene "vibe" about the neighborhood and house both, which I know a lot of people look for and would enjoy.
