This home was designed to feel easy, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. Bright, open living areas flow effortlessly into quiet sleeping spaces, while the sun-filled layout allows everyone to gather together or spread out when needed. Every detail — from the fresh remodel to the functional layout — was chosen to support relaxed vacation living, longer stays, and everything in between.



Every inch of this home is brand new, from the appliances and furnishings to the thoughtfully styled bedrooms and sun-filled living spaces. Whether you’re traveling with kids, friends, or planning a winter escape, this home offers the space, comfort, and amenities to truly unwind.

Bedroom 1 – King Suite: King bed, Ensuite bathroom (also accessible from kitchen), Desk, TV, dresser & closet

Bedroom 2 – Queen Room: Queen bed, TV, dresser & closet

Bedroom 3 – Bunk Room: Custom twin-over-queen bunk, TV, dresser & closet



Additional sleeping: Twin air mattress available (sleeps up to 8 total)

Max occupancy: 10 (8 in beds + space for 1 additional air mattress)

Bathroom 1: Ensuite to primary bedroom, walk-in shower, washer/dryer

Bathroom 2: Full bath with tub/shower combo, located between Bedrooms 2 & 3

The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in unincorporated Pinellas County, offering a peaceful place to relax while still being close to everything that makes the St. Pete area special.



You’re just minutes from some of the area’s most popular beaches, waterfront dining, shopping, and entertainment. Madeira Beach is an easy drive away, with access to Treasure Island, North Redington Beach, Paradise Island, and John’s Pass. Downtown St. Petersburg is also nearby, offering vibrant nightlife, museums, breweries, and great local restaurants.



For everyday convenience, Target, Starbucks, Kohl’s, and other essentials are located just across the highway.



This is a neighborhood where locals live full-time, so we ask guests to be respectful and enjoy the area as if it were their own.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around the area.

Beaches: ~8 minutes (3 miles) to Madeira Beach

Downtown St. Petersburg: ~20 minutes (9 miles) for dining, nightlife, and events

Shopping & essentials: All around you!



There are multiple public beach access parking lots near the beaches with pay-to-park options (typically around $25 for 6 hours). Many beach areas also offer rentable cabanas, loungers, and umbrellas for added comfort.



On-site parking is available in the private driveway for up to 3 vehicles parked in tandem.

To ensure a great stay for everyone and to respect our neighbors, please review the following:

No parties or events

No locals without prior authorization

Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests

Home sleeps up to 8 (beds + provided air mattress)

Guests may bring one additional air mattress for up to 2 extra guests

Pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of. Additional fees will apply if left behind.



Children must be supervised at all times in the backyard and pool area

Pool alarms are installed on back doors

Rescue hook and flotation devices are provided poolside



If the pool has to be drained for any reason (feces, broken glass, etc.) there will be a fee.

Pool Safety Reminder

Welcome! Just a quick reminder to help keep everyone safe and the pool in great condition during your stay:



•⁠ We have a pool alarm installed; however, it is currently turned off. Please feel free to switch it on during your stay if you prefer. The exterior door alarms are currently armed but can be turned off if needed.

•⁠ ⁠Children must be supervised at all times in the backyard and pool area.

•⁠ ⁠No glass in or around the pool (including bottles, cups, or containers of any kind).

•⁠ ⁠Please use the pool responsibly. If the pool must be drained due to damage or contamination (including glass, feces, blood, etc.), an additional remediation fee will apply.
