Your home away from home in Raleigh with 3 wonderful queen bedrooms. Handy to downtown and 3 minutes from the 440 for easy access to the greater Raleigh area. This cozy home features 2.5 bathrooms with showers & one bath, a spacious living room with a futon couch, TV and retro game console, spacious kitchen with all necessary appliances and essential amenities like a washing machine & dryer, heat & AC, WiFi, and TVs in all living spaces. Board games throughout house. 3 season porch with Smart TV and deck with grill. Our community pool is straight across the road. Make your vacation or business trip one for the books with a stay at our place. The area is renowned for craft beer and great restaurants. This was our original family home - we continue to update it for your enjoyment.

オーナー : Evan Pallesen
We are an international but thoroughly American family. Evan is from New Zealand, Heidi is from Canada. Kids born in NZ and USA. We paid off our home in January and have cleaned it out and set it up to be an enjoyable home away from home for families and business visitors to our wonderful city, one of the four high tech hubs of the nation. We are both retired from professional jobs but still lead busy lives, and look forward to welcoming guests from many different walks of life.

This is a great neighborhood with a good mix of old and young residents. Nice for a quiet stroll in charming surroundings, but handy to the community pool if you have kids, and handy to downtown if you want to dine out or go party. The area is renowned for good food and craft beer. The city is big enough to have great concert venues, ballet, theatre and a symphony orchestra. We have an annual bluegrass festival and many other special events throughout the year.
