Great, clean house. Great neighborhood and close to many stores and restaurants.

Loved everything about the house except the dishwasher was broken which in the end wasn’t a big deal. Close to many grocery stores, cvs and restaurants. A school is close by. Conscientious neighborhood as we left the trash bins near the front of the house and I guess someone from the neighborly assocation called the owner and we were asked (nicely) to move them out of sight to keep the neighborhood looking good.

This felt like Home

Came for a fun weekend with some family who flew in New York. Needed a large enough home to have plenty of space for people and stuff. There were 8 of us. This home had 4 large rooms, plenty of space and a nice living room. Also an upstairs game room area with TV. We would go out during the day and just sleep comfortably at night. About 20 mins from the riverwalk which was pretty nice. Maybe 20-30 to schliterrbahn as well. The owner made sure our stay was comfortable and asked if we had arrived and needed anything. Everyone who stayed really enjoyed the home. Bathrooms were clean and hot water was instant. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it. HEB is down the street so Food and supplies were like 5 mins away. If you need somewhere to sleep well and close to amenities and places of interest this is it.

The house was clean and exactly as described.

This house was everything we needed. We were there for tow months and it had everything we needed. Patrick was great about answering my questions and fixing problems that we had. I highly recommend Patrick!

Great Owners, Great Area

My coworkers and I rented from Patrick for 38 day and greatly enjoyed our stay. He was very helpful, responsive, and attentive to us throughout our renting period. We were in the area for work and had to find a long term housing situation for the 4 of us in a place that would be comfortable and homey. This location was exactly it. We greatly enjoyed the amenities of the area including great restaurants, parks, proximity to downtown, grocery stores, and more. If we are ever in the area again for work, we would definitely choose this location first. About the house: it is open, spacious, and very comfortable with a good sized backyard. I brought my dog who enjoyed being able to run around the backyard and take walks through the quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this location and this landlord! Super accommodating and great people!
