The Space:

Welcome to Sasha’s Bungalow, your ultimate beach retreat!



This charming home features:

- Bedroom 1: A super-comfy queen bed for restful nights.

- Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, perfect for family or friends.

- Living Room: A large L-shaped West Elm couch, cozy enough for an extra sleeper.



Outdoor Amenities:

- A private, gated yard with everything you need for outdoor fun:

- Fire pit for cozy evenings.

- Dining table and comfortable patio furniture.

- Beach essentials: boogie boards, sand toys, a wagon, lawn games, and more.

- Hot-water outdoor shower for post-beach rinses.

- BBQ grill for alfresco meals.

- Front patio with a bistro table and comfy seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

- On-site parking with 2 tandem spaces accessible through the alley and entry via the back gate.



Inside the Bungalow:

- A custom, high-end kitchen with everything you need, including a water-filter fridge, coffee maker, and tea essentials.

- Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer, detergent, softener, dryer sheets, and an iron/ironing board.

- Living room entertainment: Board games, Netflix, and other streaming services.

- Bathroom essentials: cotton swabs, shower steamers, dental picks, hair ties, disposable razors, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more for your convenience.

- Just 1 block from the beach for easy access to the sand and surf.

- Only 5 blocks from Newport Ave. and the pier, with restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby.

We love welcoming furry friends at Sasha’s Bungalow! Pets are part of the family, and OB is one of the most dog-friendly neighborhoods in San Diego.



Pet Policy:

-Up to 2 pets allowed

-One-time fee of $45 per pet

-Pets must be well-behaved and not disruptive (excessive barking is not allowed)

-Guests must clean up after their pets—please be mindful that the backyard is not intended to be their bathroom



Enjoy morning walks on the beach, dog-friendly patios nearby, and a fully fenced yard where pups can relax with you.

The Neighborhood:

Ocean Beach is known for its "laidback hippie vibe" and is locally known as OB. It's definitely one of the most tight knit beach communities in San Diego, and has a blissful mix of activities and pastimes, including surfing, sunbathing near the pier and strolling among the many surf shops, taco stands and unique local boutiques.

OB has that throwback vibe of vintage SoCal, coupled with unique locals, great dining and microbrews, and a vibrant nightlife scene.



Other Things to Note:

PET POLICY:

We welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets (one-time $45 fee per pet). Please be mindful of barking (and other noises) and always clean up after your furry friends — outdoor areas are not intended as pet bathrooms. Bowls, treats, and poop bags are provided for your convenience. Any additional cleaning or damage will incur a $40/hour fee (minimum 1 hour), plus the cost to replace or repair items and any materials or additional services needed.
