This place was amazing!!!! Way better than expected. Everyone who stopped by to check it out was floored by the property. Not that vacationing is a competition. But if it was. We won the rental portion for sure. Best place ive ever stayed. Santos was awesome!

Stone Villa is a persona paradise.

We had an amazing time! Your property is one of the prettiest, most unique places we’ve ever stayed. We loved the pool and all the beautiful plants/trees made us feel like we were in our own private paradise.

Perfect Rincón Getaway

We absolutely loved the grounds and beautiful architecture. This house is be perfect for those who want to be close to the beach but also far enough removed for some peace and quiet.

Just Amazing!!

We stayed seven nights in this beautiful villa. The Villa and views of the surrounding landscape to the ocean are so much more amazing in person. The check in/out process couldn’t have been easier. It had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Thank you Kalea and Santos. We hope to return again someday.

Tranquility and spacious getaway

A great spot to call home for a restorative week away with friends. Beautiful views of the water, and sounds of wildlife; Puntas Stone Villas had all necessities for a comfortable stay.

Amazing property! Great amenities, great views and great host! Will definitely be back and bring some friends next time to this peaceful paradise in Puerto Rico. Truly didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful place

The four of us stayed five nights. Beautiful view of the ocean in the distance -- close enough to see the splash of whales traveling along the coast. We also saw iguanas perched in the trees below the house, and an assortment of birds.As is typical in PR, neighborhoods have an assortment of homes, some new and priced up to 2M, and others needing some love. This home is a hidden gem, crafted of stone and separated from the street by a wall and and rooftop garden. Quiet at night, other than the jungle sounds. We pretty much lived on the veranda, which has a hammock, comfortable chairs and nice views. By mid-day we'd be float in the private pool before heading out for a late lunch.We hope to visit again.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property in the hills above the ocean with a great view lots of wonderful flowers and vegetation around the house and even a small pool to cool often. Approximately a 10 minute walk down hill to the beach. Lovely hosts. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning home

This home is even better than it seems in the pictures. It is beautiful, spacious and sparkling clean. The outdoor area is gorgeous with a lovely view of the ocean. The host is easy to communicate with and very responsive. This is one of the loveliest rental homes we have stayed in. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again! Paradise

Beautiful property-very unique. Quiet and cool with gorgeous vista views. Santos very nice and helpful. Had some difficulty with Vrbo when trying to get info about checking in but property manager was very helpful and it all worked out beautifully. Loved area -restaurants and bars around Rincon were wonderful. Loved jacks shack for fish tacos and tamboo for lunch.

Wow. Pictures don’t do it justice—incredible place

Palatial accommodations, incredible stonework, wonderful views, comfy beds, usable kitchen, immediate and clear communication with helpful hosts and reps. Fresh fruit! This place is unique. Close enough to walk to Sandy Beach but high enough for fresh breezes. We love Rincón and we will definitely come back to this house. Thanks!

Exceeded all expectations

Everything about our stay was perfect! Santos and his family were lovely; readily available but not intrusive. We had everything we needed. It is a unique, one of a kind house that Santos built himself and we kept noticing something new and unique every time we looked around. The outdoor space was incredible… amazing views and cooling ocean breezes throughout the day. We can’t wait to stay longer next year!

This villa is amazing. Absolutely awesome! We loved every minute of our 6 night stay. Kalea and Santos made it such an enjoyable experience. Even when the A/C crapped out in our bedroom, they had it fixed immedietely, plus there are tons of fans to keep the air moving. Such an awe-inspiring amount of love and work went into the building of this structure. Santos, take a bow sir. I am saving my pennies and counting the days until I am back in that hammock on the front porch!!

Absolutely Amazing Oasis

This property is absolutely amazing and magical! There’s almost no way to fully describe just how beautiful the property is! The landscaping is beautifully done and provides the renter with tons of fruit trees and a totally tranquil living space. The house was clean and the perfect size for us. The bedrooms were cool but the other parts of the house were a little warm. There’s always a breeze, so we could have opened the windows to let in some fresh air. We spent 99% of our time outdoors anyway. Kalea was very accommodating and they provided us with total privacy. I absolutely loved this property and Rincón!!! I would love to come back one day.

Beautiful Property and Beach

The property is amazing much more than we expected. We came for 5 days on our honeymoon and we’re amazed with the house and local neighborhood. The beach is a 2 min drive down the hill and tons of local restaurants. The city of Rincon was amazing as well is you can make it on a Thursday there’s a local art show and festival. We didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen much but I would recommend some baking sheets. Our only regret was being unable to use the pizza oven!

magical spot

really happy with house and location in Rincon- storybook house. Very rare to find and A quality house in Rincon. only holdback was internet wasn't working. i work remotely and they were honest that it's not very reliable but i delayed trip till friday afternoon so i could be assured of getting to work on line. Manager is keen guy and i suggested sky link to him.

Our own slice of paradise.

This was our first trip to Rincon and second experience using VRBO. The property is stunning. The craftsmanship of the home is high end and every detail was well thought out. Morning coffee and evening wine surrounded by beautiful gardens and ocean views just couldn't be beat. Location was an easy drive to many beaches and restaurants. Sandy beach and a few restaurants are within walking distance and the "hill" isn't a bad walk unless you are carry all your beach gear!!! Santos greeted us with fresh coconuts and answered all our questions about his gardens and amazing masonry work. He was there if we needed something otherwise we had our privacy. We stayed 6 days and in all my years of traveling I never felt so sad to leave our accommodations. We will be back!!!

Extremely exclusive and magical, Hawaiian style villa. The villa is surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and exotic fruit trees with unobstructed views of the Aguadilla Bay. Each stone in this villa was laid by my father and chosen by my mother while they travel the country side and beaches.
There's corals and crystals all over the villa, feel free to wonder and find all it's beauty. This villa includes a state of the art pool and Infrared Sauna.
Whether you are looking for a place to catch your first wave or the wave of your life, this is the place for you.
