This home features Tile flooring, family friendly with updated appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, dishwasher, big refrigerator & lots of natural light. It is fully stocked with plates, utensils, small appliances, etc. If you plan to do any cooking or baking during your stay, this kitchen will not disappoint

These items are provided in quantities sufficient for 2-3 days. For stays longer than this let us know if you need more.

No drugs or smoking anywhere on the property
No overly loud noise or music between 10 PM and 8 AM = This house is only suitable for families and quiet retreats as it is in a very residential area.
No parties or events
No glassware in the pool
