Discover a unique property in the heart of Ouray! This spacious 8-bedroom, 5-bath home is perfect for families and groups.
*Note: From April 4, 2025, to May 25, 2025, we are renovating one of the suites and can only offer 7 bedrooms and five bathrooms. *
The top level features a large kitchen, a great room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. Step outside onto the covered deck, which features a fire pit and barbecue, all while taking in stunning mountain views. This level also offers two ADA-accessible bedrooms and one ADA-accessible bathroom.
The lower level features a generous den, a full kitchen, two kitchenettes, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms, along with an additional washer and dryer. This layout offers extra space and privacy for larger groups.
With ample parking available, we can accommodate up to four trucks and trailers. Additional parking is available in our three-car garage or on the street.
This property is ideal for off-roading, hiking, and other outdoor activities, with many trailheads within walking distance from the home. Enjoy the new Twin Peaks Hot Springs just across the street and take an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants.
