We loved staying here! The location was great with just steps to the ocean and pool! The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful. It’s also conveniently located across the street from Barefoot Landing.

The condo was very well appointed and very clean. We loved the views of the beach and the ease of getting to the beach — fantastic! The cons for us was first the door access. In unless a neighbor had showed me the complicated key box system on the door, I would still be standing outside. I could not get the key back in the box. Very frustrating. The queen bed is too high to get into easily. No one wants to jump into bed! I would have preferred twin beds in the second bedroom. The trundle bed was useless for three ladies over 77 years old. I’m sure no one will act on these comments, but a few changes could make a big difference in this property. I do not fault the owner of the property, but it could have been better represented by VRBO.

Thanks for the review. We have a simple lockbox on the front door as does every condo in the association and most vacation rentals. We have never had any quest have a problem with it, ever. Nor have we had any guest have a problem with the beds. We have a standard queen bed. We even had the housekeeper bring you a step stool to access the regular queen bed. The second bedroom is a trundle bed with a full-size bed and a twin bed that pulls out- so two separate beds. The condo also has a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, so three separate sleeping areas where we can sleep 7 guests. I am sorry you had a problem with so many things. Very clean and safe. Can clearly see the ocean from inside and from porch. Condo is old but beautifully decorated, mattresses and pillows are excellent. AC also excellent with modern AC/Heat units in each bedroom and living room. Good water pressure. Door locks are very old-both screen door and main door. Ensure screen door is unlocked every time you exit so you do not get locked out as we did. Owner is planning on replacing the lock. Only 1 beach chair in condo. Parking onsite…ask for car parking tag prior to arriving. Would stay here again. Easy and convenient beach access with water hose at end of boardwalk to rinse off.
