This home is professionally cleaned before every stay and is accurately described and pictured in our listing. Regarding the temperature: we maintain a standard comfortable heat level. However, once you threatened the property owner with litigation during your stay—while simultaneously refusing to vacate the property—all communication was moved to official platform channels. We have documented and provided our heat temperature logs to Vrbo to demonstrate that these claims were manufactured. We are disappointed that this review is being used as a retaliatory tool to pursue a refund after the stay was fully completed.
