Overall, this property was able to accommodate our large group of groomsmen and their 1’s for my wedding weekend. However, there were several issues that arose during our stay:- The snacks were all expired in 2025 and needed to be thrown out after realizing they were stale and some of the candy had been eaten by suspected mice - The basement flooded which ended up soaking one of my groomsman’s bag - The upstairs bathroom shower curtain was stained - We ended up finding mice dropping on the chairs in the dining roomIf these issues are able to be resolved, then the property would be a great fit. The host was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early and check out late as well as being extremely responsive to us which we appreciated!

Best experience

This has been a great experience for us. The host was very professional and kind. The home was all we needed to create family memories during my daughter’s graduation. Very convenient location, quiet neighborhood . Great for family and friends. Very safe. This home has all you need plus more. We will be back!

What started out as a good stay and experience did not end well. Our family was in town for our daughters wedding. When we booked the location we requested a late check out on Sunday. We were approved to check out late afternoon on Sunday. While we were all enjoying some time on the outside deck the owner began speaking to us over the ring camera saying we had overstayed the check out time. First, we felt very uncomfortable being contacted like that. The owner had my cell number and could have called me, but chose to invade our families privacy over the ring camera. Second, he would not acknowlege that he approved the late check out, even though I sent him a screen shot of our conversation over VRBO messages. Needless to say, as soon as we knew we were being watched we were out of there. It was a very uncomfortable situation. The owner has sent me a bill for an extra night stay. Owners need to honor the agreements made with their renters and need to stay off the ring cameras!

The outside ring camera is what let me know that you over stayed your time and which I notified you of. The check out time was not adhere to. Thank you for being our guest.
