Welcome to Downtown Delight! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some!



The Space:

The Neighborhood:

This is a very cute neighborhood, very centrally located between Lansing and East Lansing. Just minutes from either downtown area.

Other Things to Note:

We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site.

This house is perfect for large groups. Everyone got a large bed and the common areas are meant for socializing. The management of this house is great. They were very responsive to any request.

I enjoyed the area it was quite and no load noise the house was very nice .

The house was big enough for us and the kitchen was a little smaller than the pictures showed but it was ok I got our meals cooked and we had a large table to put the food on and sit to have our meals. I would rent it again. There was one issue the front door dead bolt was locked and couldn't get in that way so my son went to the back door and it was unlocked. They also need to clean behind the couch and under it
