Spacious HGTV Home on 3 acres near Columbia Gorge w/Silo Rooms, 15 min from PDX

Our house is on 3 acres of land just 10 minutes outside of Portland. Our house was featured on HGTV's show "Beyond the Box" back in 2008 and in the Oregonian for some of our cool architectural features. We are located in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. Multnomah Falls and multiple other year-round falls are just minutes away. McMenamins Edgefield is close too. Our house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and sofa bed in the attached silo, 1 double bed, and 1 more sofa bed in the downstairs silo. The property features amenities like a washer and dryer, stair fitness machine, pool table, WiFi, heating, hair dryer, and any necessity. With a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, guests can unwind and relax in this phenomenal space or on our porch covered by Douglas Fir trees. We think our place will help you experience everything the Columbia Gorge, Portland and Troutdale haves to offer.

Our house boasts unique furniture that my husband Scott built. He built the kitchen cabinets out of reclaimed wood. Our our one of a kind flooring and other features were featured on the HGTV show. The silo addition is 24' diameter. The upstairs of the silo is the kids room equipped with a TV, gaming consoles, a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a king bed and a one of a kind sauna-like shower. Downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed. There is a double sofa sleeper in the downstairs silo with the step fitness machine. My husband also built a rotating hexagonal pool table that is in the living area! We have Comcast cable and wifi and hundreds of movies on hard drive.

Our 3 acres is a park like setting with 150' tall (6' diameter) Douglas Fir trees, fruit trees, fish pond, trampoline, picnic table, fire pit with lots of lounge chairs and outdoor dining table. You won't want to leave!
