Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was overall very nice. The condo was spacious and had a beautiful beachfront view. There was urine on the toilet seat when we first arrived and I did notice a thick layer of dust on the baseboards. The cleaning service could be improved. Other than that we had a wonderful time. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys in the closet which was nice to have access to.

This was our 5th year staying here and chose the second floor for the first time, and it was wonderful. We wasn’t sure about climbing up the stairs, but the views was worth it.

October visit to Seacoast #201

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family and great friends stayed in unit 201 for a week in October. It was our first time visiting NSB and Seacoast in the fall, as we usually stay a week in July. The afternoon of arrival Mike, Seacoast manager, called me on my cell to let us know the unit was ready and he had left our parking pass and wristbands in the unit. There were several days of “king tide” and occasional rain but it was still a great week in Unit 201. We plan to be back in July 2021 and hope Covid is a thing of the past by then.

Vacation 2020

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was ready prior to the 3:00 check in time as we called about 2:00 and they said it was ready. Our unit keys, parking pass, and wrist bands were waiting for us at the office when we got to SeaCoast. We were thankful for the unit’s upgrade of the furniture in the den- especially the new sofa. We wish we could have turned the air down a couple more degrees as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. Overall it was another fun week at NSB and SeaCoast. We plan to be back in 2021 and hope the coronavirus is certainly gone by then. The office staff was very nice and helpful, as usual, and didn’t mind answering questions concerning how the virus was impacting SeaCoast and what changes had been made there due to Covid-19.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time in many years I did not want to come home. We had a wonderful time. The Condo Unit 201 sleeps 4 well. The pull out bed is not usable. That's all the bad news I have. The view is fantastic! I could set at the kitchen table and see our family playing on the beach and ocean! If I went to the patio I could see the ocean and the pool and pick our family out. I could see the shuffle board court under our room. 2nd floor was fantastic. No need for elevator. Laundry on each floor. I used a couple of times and did not have to wait. The beach was not crowded and neither was the pool. People were very friendly. You could ride the waves clear to the beach. Lots of beach toys. We cooked in a couple of nights and had everything we needed but a cookie sheet. Highly recommend this condo for a family of 4.
