I am a native of the great state of Virginia and enjoy sharing my property with fellow nature lovers. Kayaking and boating on the Rappahannock are a few of my favorite pastimes. I hold a USCG Boat Captains license and offer scenic tours.

Things to do in the area include the Ingleside Vineyards (4 miles), the Chesapeake Wine Trail, Colonial Beach Brewing (10 miles), George Washington Birthplace National Monument (6.6), James Monroe Birthplace (11), Montross Brewery (9), Stratford Hall (9), Town of Colonial Beach (11), The Virginia Oyster Trail, Westmoreland County Museum & Library (9) and Westmoreland State Park (8) to name a few.
The property is a great place to fly a kite, throw a frisbee or play a game of croquet.
