About this space
The Cedar Creek Lake Playhouse is a modern 5BR lake house, newly built and located at Cedar Creek Lake, Texas' 4th largest lake, 45 minutes away from Downtown Dallas. Home features ELECTRIC VECHICLE (EV) CHARGING, smart home, keyless check-in & access, open layout, jetted hottub and large walk-in shower in master bathroom, 75-inch TV w/surround sound in the living room (smart TVS throughout), internet & outdoor fire-pit. The house has its own jet-ski & boat slip, you can fish off back deck.
Other things to note
Extra Guest Fee:
- For each adult over 8 adults there is a fee of $50 per day.
- For each child over 5 children (not including children 2 and under years of age) there is a fee of $25 per day.
