Great place to watch the eclipse!!

Only stayed for two nights, but found the house comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was quick and very friendly!! Would recommend

Work Crew Loves This Home

Great experience. So much better than any hotel/motel. We are so appreciative of having a home for our work crews to stay in. This place is wonderful!!! So much so, it is the place they ask me to check availability for their next work trip.

Sweet little corner spot

We spent the Fourth of July weekend at this space and had an amazing time! We were able to bring our small dog, we used the kayaks, went fishing and rented the golf cart to check out the surrounding area. Clean with all the amenities needed and lots for kids to do. Highly recommended!

We were there four nights from June 19-23. The house is new, clean, modern. The area is a residential area, safe, and somewhat secluded. We walked every morning - some very nice homes in the area. The facility is fully supplied, as expected. Full size kitchen. The home is on the water, a canal, and lots of water "toys" are available. Different things are important to different people - three things important to us stood out -- really nice shower -- really good A/C --- and, very important ----- DARK bedroom!We tried The Whistlestop in Trinidad - a short drive - and it was excellent!

Work Crew stay

This is a favorite for our work crew. I think they will request this location every time they have to travel to the lake for work. It's like working all day and then going on vacation in the evenings. They have all the amenities of being at home, unlike staying in a cramped up motel room, and the luxury of a vacation rental. Perfect!

Charming and welcoming home

Communication with the owner was prompt, responsive, and very accommodating! The home is well provisioned, clean, and made us feel at home. We loved the back patio for morning coffee! We spent the weekend with family and wished we could have spent more time in this precious home. We will definitely be back!!

Awesome!

We stayed for the weekend just to try out another lake in the area of where we live. It was an amazing home and the cleanliness and comfort was amazing. Bring bug spray and if you go to the lake, definitely stop by lone star marina. The house offered it as a suggestion and the people there are so awesome. The winery is open for the weekends and was a great dinner and sipping experience overall and mere minutes from the house. Neighbors are super nice but there was a breaking across the street during our stay but this house was lined with cameras so definitely made us feel super safe. Definitely book this home.

Was a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Owners were very friendly and helpful. This little home was very peaceful and they had a lot of things to do and play with. When lake is up you can bring your boat to back porch. We will be back again

Wonderful 2 night stay!

We had a great 2 night stay at this adorable lake home! The host was very helpful before and during our stay. This home was one of the most well stocked homes we have stayed at. They had everything we needed, and a few items we didn't even think about bringing. We loved sitting on the back porch with a cup of coffee. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely breathtaking

The place is beautiful! It is right on the lake. Able to sit on the patio and watch the sunset. We had anything we needed on the inside to accommodate our stay. I give this a place a 5 star and will go back!
