Welcome to this charming, roomy four bedroom waterfront house on Martin Point in Friendship overlooking Muscongus Bay. The house has a beautiful deck overlooking the water, a dock, a tennis court, and a sauna. Bedrooms include a master suite with ensuite bathroom downstairs (King bed); a large room upstairs with a queen bed (and dormer windows); another queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a crib, and a small den with a couch upstairs (great for a pack and play -- which is available for use.) (A third bathroom/laundry room is on the first floor.) The kitchen is well equipped and great for cooking large meals to share. There are many areas to gather, including a covered porch overlooking the ocean, a large back den, a living/dining room, and a lovely lawn. The property has easy access to hiking trails of the Martin Point Preserve and a nearby beach. This home is a beloved place to gather, relax and make memories in Maine!

Family is scattered across the country and the world so we look forward to giving others the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Mid-coast Maine.

Friendship is a traditional fishing community and Martin Point has many homes occupied primarily in the summer. Ocean views, ready access to the water and hiking trails, and so much to see and do makes for a great summer getaway.
