Beautiful

It was perfect for our family made it hard for us to think about going out and doing anything. The kids loved the pool. We were able to all be together to eat and so much fun cooking together in the kitchen. Beds were so comfortable. We would do it again in a minute. Thank you. Great time!

This property was just perfect for my family. Loved how the bedrooms where grouped off. Had a small issue with one of the bathrooms, but management was right on it. We definitely will rent again

The property was amazing and just the right size for our family. There were activities for all ages and the home was close enough in proximity to Disney. You will not be disappointed if you choose this property.

The property was nice but the trash bin smelled and and needed to be sprayed off.

My overall experience somewhat hecked the small bathroom tub was clog and one of the main bathroom flushed slow. Game room table was broken and some of the bedrooms sheets I was told by my family looked like they weren’t changed. Not enough towels and rags were worn. The maintenance man was rude to my guest telling them I fixed this once already today I could call on you. Well you must not fixed it right. Talk to one of mangers and rags were sent out and had to call about maintenance issue 3 times before I got a response slow our day down. Did let us check out at 12 was great Home is beautiful over all with out the problems we had.

Thank you so much for booking with us, and for the review. We are always striving to give our guests the best vacations possible, and take these reviews seriously. I want to start by responding to the positive feedback. I am so glad you loved the beautiful home, resort, and the overall feel. The house is gorgeous, we work hard to maintain it, so that's great to hear. Now to the not so goods. I deeply apologize if anything in the game room was broken, or not as it should have been. We have sent maintenance out to check on this again to make sure that table is repaired. Our inspectors always catch things like this, so I am sorry if it was missed.The trash bin has been cleaned. That's the responsibility of the resort, but we took care of this. In regards to towels and linens. We leave enough for how many people the house sleeps + extras. If there are more folks in the house, we are always happy to bring more out, no issue at all. I saw you had to call 3 times for maintenance. Guests can always message me here, and I will send an urgent message to the office. We are here 7 days a week, so not sure what the issue was there. I will check into this. The issue with the maintenance tech being rude will be handled. That's not how we do business, and our internal operations will handle accordingly. All in all I am glad you enjoyed the house, and please come back and see us.

The Champions Gate Resort is amazing with 3 separate pool areas including a lazy river and water slide, kids splash park and large quiet pool. The restaurant/tiki bar serves lunch and dinner and offers food and beverage service directly to your deck chair. The kids will love the movie theater and arcade room and you can even drop off the younger ones at the activity center (for a fee) to enjoy some adult time. The fitness center is brand new with everything you need for a great workout plus a cardio room offering classes.Think "cruise ship" when you think of this resort. You will all enjoy daily resort activities which include poolside bingo, trivia, sand volleyball tournaments and dive-in movies at the pool.
