Great condo for our quick little mountain getaway to ride the train at Tweetsie! Beautiful resort that was close to everything we needed.

Clean and comfortable

Clean and comfortable. We rented for three nights, Thurs-Sun. Towels provided but only one per person. Excellent water pressure and temp in shower. Door code is 9 digits so that was a little tricky! Looking forward to staying here again!

- Property wasn't ready on time. Owner called and said he is doing himself as cleaner wasn't available. - Main entrance lock didn't work. Had to call owner to get manual key for entire duration- There were no toiletries in any of bathrooms. I had to purchase my own- Recycle bins were already full- CO2 detector in bedroom was beeping due to low battery. I had to remove it so we could sleep All of above were notified to owner. I was told I would receive a partial refund to compensate for my personal purchase and inconvenience but no refund was provided.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced. To clarify, the home is managed by a property manager. On the day of your arrival, the scheduled cleaner was unexpectedly unavailable, and the property manager stepped in to prepare the home. Unfortunately, the turnover did not meet our usual standards. We now have backup cleaning coverage and a stricter pre-arrival checklist in place. The smart lock malfunctioned that day, and a manual key was provided immediately to ensure access. The lock has since been replaced and fully tested. The missing toiletries, full recycle bins, and low battery in the CO2 detector were oversights during the rushed turnover. All batteries have been replaced, supplies are now standardized, and inspection procedures have been strengthened. Regarding the partial refund, we apologize for any miscommunication. That was our intention, and we are reviewing our processes to ensure better follow-through moving forward. We appreciate the feedback and have implemented corrective measures to prevent these issues from happening again.
