Condo had everything we needed. It was spotless and very comfortable. The pool and the proximity to the beach path was great. We can’t wait to come back.

Check in was difficult as the cleaner had her car parked in our parking until 4:30 while she was cleaning another unit. Codes wouldn’t work so had to wait for new codes to be assigned. While that was a little frustrating the response from the team was amazing! They were quick to help and resolve our issues. The dishwasher was full of mold so we did not use it. We did run a cycle to try and clean it but that did not clean out the mold. The stove has a broken digital screen so that was hard to navigate while pre-heating and setting temperatures. The shower in the Jack and Jill bathroom leaks terrible when you shower. So had to place a towel to prevent it from running through the bathroom. The parking was very tight but manageable. The elevator gave us a fit but was an easy fix due to batteries were going dead in the keypad. Once those were changed by maintenance, it worked perfectly and was a lifesaver! The house was clean, beautiful and exactly how described. It was a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay again. Location was perfect and such a short little walk to the beach.

When we arrived the floors were dirty and sandy. We spent an hour sweeping and mopping the main living area. Two showers leaked out onto the floor badly - they were the one jack and jill and the one in the main living area. Several of the remotes had zero batteries in them. The ice machine was not hooked up and had one shelve so it was difficult to add much to the freezer. The dishwasher did not clean or dry the dishes - a repair man came and fixed the cleaning part but it never dried the dishes. The pool needed serviced and by the end of our stay it was green and cloudy. We enjoyed the location since it was close to the beach and did enjoy our time but it was a little disappointing since we paid over 12K to stay there for a week.

5 star stay in Siesta Key

We loved our stay in Siesta Key. The location and property were more than we expected. A short half block walk to the beach access was wonderful. The unit being all on one floor was a blessing with an 86 year old Mom in the group. All the rooms were large and the heated pool was perfect for March 1st. The management staff response was off the charts. Anything we needed, they were johnny on the spot. We will definitely be going back.

Great stay!

March 16-23, 2024 What a beautiful place and accommodations. We are not too far away and will be back. The pool was perfect for all of us and so beautiful as well. The heated aspect allowed the kids to enjoy it even on cooler days. The beach is so close… cannot ask for much better than that. Also very walkable to many restaurants. The staff is really responsive and attentive... need anything just ask. The only cons were fixed quickly. When we arrived the code to the elevator was not working. The staff came in a matter of minutes and got it fixed. The floors were really sandy and there was dirt sticking to the kids feet but they offered to come clean it right away. Being that we were getting settled in we ultimately chose to have them come the following morning while we headed to the pool/beach. When we came back it was very clean. Thank you far a memorable stay.

Spring break with large family

We had a great time! Easy to communicate with the property manager, they responded to any needs quickly! Property is beautiful and within a quick walk to the beach! The property is well maintained and offers a lot of items to fully cook. With our large family we still had a lot of room and did not feel cramped at all. The only negative was when we first got there the floors appeared clean but our feet were dirty and the elevator broke down the last few days. They were apologetic and willing to help us if we needed to move anything up and down. They even let us have a late check out. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful place / easy beach access

We had a great week in siesta key with family and really enjoyed being a quick walk to the beach. I also especially liked the easy walking access to restaurants and stores. Having 3 bikes at the property was a wonderful plus.

Great property except for the two shower drains that overflowed….

The property is very nice and very clean with a well-outfitted kitchen, plenty of towels, etc. Unfortunately, two of the three showers did not drain, including one in-suite shower drain that flooded that bedroom. Although the property manager sent some over that evening to fix the shower drains, this was noted in several fo the reviews so hard to understand at this price point, why it wasn’t fixed before we had this problem in two of the three showers in this property. The property also supplies bicycles but one of them had a flat tire and there was no bike pump to reinflate the tires. So we missed out on a family bike ride since one of the bikes didn’t work. The managers did replace the bike with a brand new bike and air pump but it was a lost outing for our first day at the property. This seems like a relatively simple thing for the property manager to have checked on and again, at this price point, one should expect the owners to inspect their property each time it is rented out.

It was a beautiful property the privacy was amazing everything was very clean well put together the rooms and beds were top-of-the-line I don’t think I’ve had a better night sleep this year only steps from the beach and close to everything the kids loved the pool and the bikes. every room had a TV to make bedtime easy. only issue is the shower would flood into the bedroom but if you got in an out there was no issues highly recommended

Beautiful and dreamy

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. Everything is so nice, they really did think of absolutely everything plus some extra special surprises that we loved. The only thing I did not care for was the location on the beach. The walk to the beach is super short, that is no big deal. But it’s a very small sliver of beach, and it was very crowded when we were there so that was not ideal but there were lots of things to do, lots of great places to eat, just be prepared for a lot of people.

The property was beautiful and the kids loved the pool. The property was a short walk to the beach. The elevator was a godsend helping the move in and stocking groceries. The lanai area with a private refrigerator and eating area was enjoyed by all.

Great location near the beach

We were amazed by how beautiful the property was, the photos give this place justice! We were surprised to see that we had a private pool for our unit as the photos and description weren't very clear on it. This unit is on the top level which requires going up several flight of stairs (we all got a great workout by the end of the trip). There is an elevator that we used when we had groceries or heavy coolers to bring down, which was a nice bonus. The rooms are all very spacious, we shared the unit with friends and our kids all shared the two rooms with the adjoining shower. We had kids aged 3 to 8 and there was a slight concern with one of the kid's rooms having access to a balcony, but it didn't become an issue. The kitchen was stocked with basic tools and we were thankful for the large amount of dishwashing tablets. For having 8 people and a small dog, we all had plenty of space to move about. The unit also had several beach toys and chairs, they even had bike cruisers. The gas grill was also a bonus for cooking by the pool. We had a few minor issues that didn't quite make this a 5 star rental for us. The main balcony posts were quite loose so we had to constantly watch our kids when they were there. A few of the rooms had some squeaky fans that made it hard to sleep. Both of the glass shower doors kept leaking water and it looked like there had been some water damage over time. One of the lounge chairs by the pool was broken. And the location near the beach was great however it's all surrounded by private hotels so the "public" beach side was quite a walk down the beach. And the last thing was that we tried to ask for a late check out given our flight was an evening departure and the property management would not allow it. We had previously looked up their calendar availability to see if new guests were arriving and there wasn't any. When I asked about this they stated that their calendar doesn't show all reservations, so it's unclear how truthful that was. Besides some of these minor inconveniences, we still had a great time. We rotated out between beach days and pool days, and we drove to Siesta/Lido instead of walking. The town there is very low key and anytime we needed something we either went to the convenience store down the street or over to Publix across the freeway, which was only a 5min drive. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Siesta Key -Casa Tegula

The condo is exactly as pictured and has anything you could want or need. Plenty of towels, beach towels, cookware, beach chairs & cart to transport items to the beach. Also bicycles, cabana, tv’s and seating. There is a walk to the beach, down about five or six houses then a walk down the path to the beach. The pool is wonderful with palms surrounding it and very private. One word of caution however, before finalizing a stay make sure you know if you will be on the first or second level…there are two Condos in this property. We did not know until we received entry instructions four days prior to our stay and were on the second level. There is an elevator, small and a bit tricky to master. Ours was stuck the first day and we had to have maintenance come reset it. This can be a real problem for folks like myself that can not do stairs. I thought ok, it’s only two short flights of stairs as described so I’ll take a short break in between. NO! There are four flights of stairs up, not two. That was a real problem that first day. Otherwise, all was good, condo was awesome, clean and very accommodating.

Overall, great unit to rent. Easily walkable to beach - we had originally rented a golf cart - did not need one. Honestly, with 2 kids, age 5 and 2, did not feel it was that safe driving a golf cart out on the main road to go to restaurants at night. Not much beach available at the public beach access due to big condo units having beach reserved. Beach chairs were in the garage and beach buggy to make it easy to haul everything. Chairs in living room need really good cleaning. Cushions on chair on deck outside living room were moldy and stained. Unit is decorated very cute - beds super comfy. Best part for the kids - the POOL. It was wonderful to have a private pool that was clean and fun for kids. Wished we would have had more outside porch space for sitting, but other units on this property appear to have some. Plenty of beach towels available and bath towels. Kitchen very nice. Pictures are pretty accurate.

My Siestakey house rental experience

Pros- House was spacious, clean, private pool was awesome and cleaned/maintained, close walk to the beach barefoot, Cons- Toilet broke and maintenance had to come out, provided bicycles were not well maintained Biggest one for us was the dishwasher didn’t work and we had to hand wash the dishes. They repaired it the day we were leaving and gave us a $250 credit. Not worth the credit but overall the house was nice and I would recommend staying at this location
