Beautiful Kapalua Villa

Enjoyed a week in beautiful Kapalua. Villa was clean and modern. Location was perfect as we attended the Sentry golf tournament which was only a couple of miles away. Would definitely book this unit again on our next visit to Maui.

Great pick for west Maui vacation!

We looked at many properties before booking this one and I’m so glad we did! It was very clean! The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans and all y oh would need to prepare meals. The view is gorgeous! The landscaping on this property is well done. It was very quiet! While this is not beachfront property, you do still have a nice view and the walk is not too far for both Napili and Kapalua Bays. Both have nice sand and the snorkeling at Kapalua Bay is excellent! We saw tons of fish and sea turtles too! The property has beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, and tons of sand toys and beach towels - super nice for families! Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect quiet stay

The villa is beautiful, the views are amazing! It’s quiet, relaxing and the perfect spot to take a deep breath and enjoy your vacation in paradise. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the lanai! The villa had everything needed for the beach!

Amazing Property

This property was everything we were looking for. Dave was very helpful in the booking process and answered questions prior to checking in. It was beautiful. The views were great, and my kids (12 and 17) loved having mulitple pools to choose from. The master bed was super comfy, and no complaints from my kids about the twin bed or pull out sofa. It was nice having a washer and dryer. My husband had fun on the golf course. My ONLY complaint is that the condo smelled horribly musty/mildewy and drove my allergies crazy. I emailed Dave the 2nd day of our stay about it and got no response. We ended up leaving the AC off and windows open as much as possible every day to air it out, but that made it hot. When we got the check out text on our last day, I mentioned it again, and he said it was due to the condensation on the AC (which I already knew, thus leaving it off as much as possible) and apologized. The smell lingered our entire week in the unit. Maybe air purifiers would help. That being said, we would absolutely stay here again, and buy an air purifier at Costco on the way. :)

Lovely villa with great amenities

Nicely located villa in elegant, quiet Kapalua community, near beaches, store and restaurants. Well stocked modern kitchen & baths, ocean view beyond golf course, convenient shuttle service but need car for anything beyond Kapalua. Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay here in beautiful Maui.

Comfortable and peaceful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The five nights prior we stayed at the Ritz Carlton as part of a group event. The final five nights of our stay were at this really comfortable and peaceful accommodation. It was really hard to relax in a hotel room. Having room to spread out with a nicely equipped kitchen and the expansive patio with incredible views was just what we needed. The beach "toys" were a great bonus. It was incredibly quiet and the master bedroom bed extremely comfortable. We hope to stay here again.

What a treat!

Wow. We were so impressed from moment one! The cleanliness of the unit. The amenities available. I was worried because we weren't right on the ocean, but there are spectacular sunsets from this condo. Really close to the best Maui beaches and golf. Definitely on the list to visit again!!! Clean and well kept

This unit is very nice, well maintained, and very clean. It seems almost brand new with the carpet, paint, indoor furniture, lanai furniture, and appliances. Great unit to stay in.

clean, quiet comfortable condo with distant view of ocean

good communication with manager; comfortable furniture in living room; comfortable bed in master bedroom, except fitted sheets did not fit and got wrinkled and uncomfortable; twin bed in second bedroom firm and not very comfortable for adult; showers very nice in bathrooms, but tub in master bath is very short and not comfortable; washer dryer nice; good equipment for beach in closet; nice Tommy Bahama towels for beach; kitchen had only basics--no vegetable peeler; Nice machine for smoothies. kitchen and bathrooms and washer machine had plenty of soap, paper products etc. location is close to Kapalua and Napili beach, but parking at those beaches is very crowded and difficult, as well as crowds of people at those two beaches. Fleming beach easier to access for parking and not as crowded, but surf is higher and swimming not always available. condo has close access to small grocery store and good restaurants. Condo was very quiet during our stay but likely due to no guests above or below us. Last night of our stay family moved in next door and it was loud when kids were outside in evening late.

Good Value

This property is nice especially for the price. It has a good, albeit distant, ocean view. Unlike some other Kapalua golf villas, it doesn't have much of a golf course view. Good for couples with second bathroom a plus.

Great villa

It’s a great location with good amenities for the stay. Kitchen was nicely equipped and the beach stuff was pretty good. The laundry was nice and helpful to have onsite. Could use a deep clean as it was a bit dusty in places and there was hair in some of the drawers. Pool was convenient but colder than the ocean. Still, love Kapalua!
