Perfect location! Sunsets on the beach watching the local surfers became an instant routine. The friendly hosts provided many excellent options for shopping, eating, drinks, beaches and more. Cocktails at Merriman's (walking distance) was just one highlight of our stay (get there right at opening and snag seats at the outdoor bar). Other nearby beaches had perfect snorkeling with all the fish, eels and turtles one might hope to see.

Great location & condo

Wonderful condo with groovy, beach vibe. Multiple beautiful beaches w/in walking distance and walking trails. Kapalua is a wonderful area of Maui. Owner is communicative and check in is super easy. Cant wait to return:)

Very comfortable, and in a great location. Had all the amenities. The complex itself was also well maintained. Loved the beach. Never overcrowded.

Wonderful location and place

The house was near the Kampala coastal trail and had a nice view of the ocean and some shoreline. Fun tiki hut decor made us feel like we were in old Hawaii.

Perfect getaway location

Perfect location in Kapalua, very quiet complex, away from the crowded Kaanapali resorts, but close to everything, beaches, hiking, dinning, etc. Beautiful ocean views from the patio, and living room. Very comfortable home, artistic touches throughout which made it fun. Walkable beachs and restaurants. Would stay again.

Great location and view. Very nice and comfortable condo.

Very nice and well maintained. We really enjoyed how close the beach was and access to the golf course. It was worth it.

Fun place, great location

Really enjoyed our stay in Kapalua. The condo was decorated like a fun beach shack and had everything we needed for our 10-day stay. Enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from inside and outside. Took advantage of the pool and BBQ amenities. Loved the quick walk to several beaches, restaurants, and the Honolua store. Will definitely be back.

A Wonderful Stay!

We love this property -- it's clean, comfortable, and wonderfully decorated. The view of the ocean is beautiful, and we appreciated the proximity to a lovely, uncrowded beach. Tips from the owner helped us find great neighborhood restaurants and grocery stores. We'd absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Fantastic experience!

Eric’s place has everything and more needed to enjoy a Maui stay! The kitchen was well stocked, he provides beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards and the bathrooms and showers are awesome! The location is within a very short walking distance to a great beach that is uncrowded with super soft white sand. The amazing pool is 1 minute away which is also clean and quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

Second Visit

Our second stay at this great property. We love the ocean view, the proximity to a gorgeous beach, and the local Napili Plaza shops. We come to Maui to relax, and this is a perfect spot to do just that. Eric is a great host. Thank you!

Such an incredible experience! Even better than anticipated!! We were initially hoping to find a Bay Villa due to the assumed closer proximity to the ocean but once we arrived here, we discovered this villa is even closer walk to the ocean and beach than we would have obtained from any of the Bay Villas!! Also, it turns out that my partner and I absolutely love the fact there are 2 bathrooms in this place! There is ample counter space in the en suite bathroom for my hair and make up stuff, while my partner appreciated the smaller guest bathroom all to himself. Walking distance to the general store and a few restaurants, walking distance to the beach, fully stocked with every little amenity we could've asked for!! This was truly an exceptional experience.

We loved our stay. Beautiful location, great view, whales breaching in the water as we ate on the lanai. The unit was truly unique, quite large, fully outfitted, and stocked with all you need and didn't expect. Just as seen in the pictures!

Beautiful Kapalua

We very much enjoyed our stay in Erick ‘s condo. The location and accommodation was perfect. The condo had everything one needs to feel comfortable. It was very easy to communicate with owner. Condo was clean and cozy . It is uniquely designed. We definitely want to come back.

Quiet, inviting and well equipped

The condo is beautiful and in a great location. It’s close to the beach, golf, shopping and excellent hiking trails. The owners have done a great job with the decor, making the place feel warm and inviting. By far, this is the best equipped place we’ve stayed! Everything we needed was well stocked from beach gear, kitchen supplies and laundry necessities. The host was also very helpful and responded quickly and proactively. This is definitely a place I would recommend! Mahalo to the host!!

Unique decor welcomed us into the holiday mode.

What a relaxing place to stay. It is well equipped with necessities plus. The location is very convenient and within walking distance of everything that Kapalua offers. ..beach, golfing, walking, swimming pool , dining, etc. The owner provided us plenty of pre-information, suggestions and tips. Made the Ritz Residents Jealous

Spent the weekend in Kapalua for a family wedding/reception at the Ritz Carlton. By trip's end, everyone who visited "my" place was mad they settled for a basic hotel room with no view. I mean, sure, the Ritz is nice enough and all, but it's no Property ID 1497965 Kapalua Artistic Remodel :)

A great home in an excellent location

This is a solid, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable unit that I would not hesitate to rent again. Parking (covered) and pool are very close to the front door, and we walked to multiple different beaches many times (anywhere from 4 to 15 minutes). The unit is up to date and has everything you need to fully prepare meals...even coolers, plasticware, and sundries like spices and plastic bags were available (which is a rarity)! Eric, the owner, was very attentive, kind, and helpful when we reached out and always followed through on his word. This is a turnkey setup and one of the best values we've found on the island.

Everything We Imagined Plus

Just walking in the door was awe inspiring. The views are breath taking. Eric has thought of everything. Plus, his communication is excellent even in anticipation of my questions and with great recommendations. This was the perfect place for us to spend our anniversary. So very romantic!

A Perfect Getaway on Maui

This was our first time on Maui, and though we initially had some reservations about staying in Kapalua due to distance from everything, we couldn’t have been happier to book this condo. The location turned out to be perfect; a number of beaches in walking distance, and really not far at all to go to busier areas like Kaanapali and Lahaina. The condo was exactly as it looked in the pictures, but the view from the lanai was even better! It was a very quiet and peaceful area which was great to come back to after a busy day of exploring Maui. Communication with Eric was great as he was quick to respond to our questions and sent a very helpful and detailed list of recommendations for food and beaches. We would highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to go back!

Great property, host and location!

We had a lovely stay! The property was incredibly well appointed. We cooked quite a few meals at home, enjoying relaxing on the outdoor patio, whale and bird watching. While the fridge was on the smaller side, it worked just fine for the two of us. The bed was a good balance of medium-firm and very comfy. They provided lovely bath products (note: soap/shampoo/conditioner are scented, you may want to bring or buy unscented if that bothers you) and plenty of hot water for showers. We loved snorkeling Honolua Bay in particular which was a short drive away. AC worked great but we only needed to use it one time during the week we stayed. We would definitely stay again.

Having ventured to Kapalua over the past 30 years, finally purchased a 'distressed property.' Two years of travel back and forth from California finally resulted in the crafted look and feel I imagined.

Kapalua has been my favorite Hawaiian destination. Kapalua is a low density development while the weather is inviting (5d cooler than Lahaina) offering cool breezes to come home to.

Napili and Kapalua beaches on the west side are a 10m walk down the hill, to experience gorgeous sunsets and a calm ocean.
