Our unit offers privacy, as the entire gourmet area in the photos is part of the house. In addition to the amenities offered by the condominium, we also offer leisure options in the comfort of our own property.

There are four air-conditioned suites, a powder room, a spacious living room, a fully equipped outdoor area, a barbecue grill, and a well-equipped, well-equipped kitchen.

4th Suite - Equipped with air conditioning, 1 queen-size bed, and bathroom with double sink;

IMPORTANT:

I- Electricity consumption is charged separately according to the Eneel table: R$1.33 per kilowatt-hour. A photograph of the meter will be taken upon arrival and check-out, and the consumption value will be multiplied by the stated rate;

II- Water consumption is charged separately, according to the Prólogos table: 25.90 cubic meters (m3) measured at the entrance and exit and multiplied by the above rate;

Access to the space is via keys that will be handed over upon identification of guests at the agreed check-in time.
