Escape to this family-friendly beach block retreat in Normandy Beach, NJ—just 100 steps from the sand! This spacious two-family home is perfect for large families or two groups traveling together, offering separate entrances for privacy while sharing fantastic outdoor spaces.

Perfect for multigenerational families or two groups traveling together. Enjoy privacy in separate units but gather easily in shared spaces. Guests love being able to walk barefoot to the beach, grill in the backyard, and unwind on private decks under the evening sky. Each unit features:

- Upper unit sleeps 8 (4 bedrooms)
- Lower unit sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms)
- 1 bathroom per unit + 2 outdoor showers for easy beach cleanup
- Private decks & a shared backyard with 2 Weber grills for cookouts
- Free Wi-Fi, 4 SmartTVs, & central air for a comfortable stay
- Beach essentials included; badges & chairs provided
- Parking for 2-4 cars

Absolutely incredible property and by far the BEST host!! Property is beautiful. Every detail was perfect. So close to a gorgeous beach. Patty is the best !!! She’s friendly, communicative…, it was such an amazing few days and we will 100% be back!!

Amazing property. Beautiful house close to beach and restaurants and food store. Spacious home, beautifully decorated and well laid out. Had everything we needed in terms of appliances, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies, etc.. Loved having the two floors to separate the adult children who stayed up late from the younger children. Lots of great outdoor space as well with two decks and a backyard with firepit. We had a rainy weekend so didn't get to enjoy the outside as much but was grateful to have a cozy inside as well. Fantastic host who communicated well and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

We chose Normandy Beach, because of its perfect blend of peaceful living and coastal beauty, while still being close to some of the most iconic boardwalks in New Jersey. Nestled along the Jersey Shore, it offers a calm, serene atmosphere, which is exactly what drew us in. The neighborhood has a laid-back vibe, with clean, tree-lined streets, charming beach cottages, and a strong sense of community.

What we enjoy most about our home is it's proximity to the water. The beach is quiet and not overly crowded, making it a great place to relax, take long walks, or enjoy the sound of the waves. Plus, it's just a short drive to two of New Jersey’s most iconic boardwalks: Point Pleasant Beach and Seaside Heights. These bustling boardwalks are perfect for when we want a change of pace—whether it's for a stroll along the shops, indulging in some classic boardwalk food, or enjoying the lively amusement parks.

What’s great about Normandy Beach is that it offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful retreat by the ocean, combined with easy access to the excitement and energy of the famous boardwalks nearby. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the simplicity of coastal life while being close enough to the fun and festivities of these legendary shore destinations.
