Fully furnished turn-key 2-bedroom condo at gated and secure Sunrise Country Club--walking distance to The River, Rancho Mirage's premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destination located in the heart of the Palm Springs Valley. Walk to the Coachella 2027 shuttle stop nearby at Omni Rancho Las Palmas. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and one queen sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms --maximum six (6) adults. The community pool and hot tub directly across from the unit is open until 10:00 pm — no glass containers or food at the pool. No smoking in the unit. Normal city ordinances apply regarding noise — it is a quiet community. The main entrance to Sunrise Country Club is on Country Club Drive. The community is gated, and guards patrol 24 hours. I will be registering you as my personal guests. I will need to know if there are additional vehicles and the name of the drivers so these persons can be registered as well. Upon arrival, you need to stop at the guarded entrance to receive your vehicle pass. The pass must be displayed on the dashboard while in residence. When re-entering the community, you will need to have the pass scanned at the entrance every time you return. Please obey speed limits, watch for golf carts and pedestrians. Please park on my driveway or on the street overnight with vehicle pass displayed. I will be providing electronic entrance code. Please let me know the time of your planned arrival.
