Charming 1 bedroom condo centrally located in Downtown Salt Lake City

Make yourself at home in this marvelous 1-bedroom Salt Lake City retreat. This cozy condo features a queen bed in the bedroom and a comfy sofa bed in the living room with lots of natural light. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and snacks, guests will have everything they need for a perfect stay. (We don’t allow children under 12.) We call this sweet condo our "Happy Place" and we know it will be a happy place for you! Close to downtown event centers, Capitol Hill, Delta Center, ball park and great walking areas around historic Capitol Hill. You will also appreciate just minutes to local grocery stores, delicious and upscale bistros, coffee houses, museums and entertainment. Great view of the Temple lights at night from the bay windows and beautiful blooming chestnut.
This property includes one FREE PARKING space in gated and locked parking. Building has coded locks. Safe and secure building. Please keep in mind this is in the city and there can be noise from the street. There is no elevator and there are 3 short flights of stairs to access condo. (not ADA accessible)
The space is well cared for with love as I also live there part time. Please treat this lovely space with vintage accents and charm as if it were your own.

Great location and a cozy, very well kept, condo. Perfect for two people, but could have up to 4 people we were very happy with our stay here. Would absolutely recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It was so comfortable, clean and so well decorated. We were able to walk to many restaurants, parks and museums from this location in downtown SLC. We will be recommending this to our friends and will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

You can’t beat the location! We came up for a concert at The Depot and loved that it was a very short walk. You have the Delta center across the street and a great view of the Temple. Parking and check in was straight forward with very detailed instructions and photos. Communication with the host was great. We loved the charm and decor of the home. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

The location was amazing with easy walking to many sights. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. The hosts were easy to contact if needed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

I simply love this property in SLC. I’ve stayed here before and I love it just as much upon return. The space is quaint, always clean, annd within easy access to anything that I want to do downtown. Samantha, the host is exceptional. All instructions and directions are clearly written out, simple to follow, and the Welcome mat is on point! Samantha immediately responds to any inquiries her guests may have, she truly goes above and beyond! Try this space on your next trip to SLC, I hope you’ll love this “home away from home” as much as I do!

Fantastic place, cool area, great host

We loved both the artsiness and cuteness of this place, the location near some really cool parts of the city where our climbing competition was, and the host was ultra responsive in both detail and speed of response.

Really clear with instructions. Lovely place. We attended the Redwest festival and even that walk is about 1.4 miles and very easy. We both enjoyed are quick little stay!

Quaint, excellent location close to both Temple Square and the Delta Center. Owner communication was detailed and on point. Lovely attention to tiny details that made the stay delightful (ie parking and code instructions, wreaths on the doors, ginger tea and a coffee grinder to name a few). Really enjoyed this accommodation and look forward to booking it again next year!

Lovely space, comfy cozy! Perfect location for all of downtown activities. It is city life in an apartment so take earplugs if you're a light sleeper, as owner explains in description. The stairs were a bit to figure out, just take two trips with bags! Well worth it. Felt like home during my stay.

Quaint apartment within walking distance of downtown SLC. The apartment was clean, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I rated it 4 stars because the bed and bedding were not very comfortable, which impacted the overall stay. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience and a convenient location for exploring the city and visiting our son who attends the U of U.

I’m sorry that the bed was uncomfortable for you. That’s hard when lack of sleep affects your trip. The mattress is less than a year old so I can’t do much there but I’ll address pillows and sheets to be certain they seem soft and comfortable. I’ve not heard this report before so it’s helpful to know. Thank you again for being great guests.

I love the Capitol Hill neighborhoods because they are filled with historic beauty, beautiful homes and well kept neighborhoods. The downtown district is easy to navigate by foot and there is so much to do! Within a couple of blocks you can go from the city vibe, to the quiet and quaint neighborhood vibe and then to the natural world with hiking trails.

My property is well kept and I adore this space. I love the light, the colors, the feel of the space. There are vintage accents and trim including vintage lighting and a perfect blend of modern and early 1900's style.
