Welcome to our renovated studio in Seattle! You'll love the easy walk to the Light Rail, which provides a quick ride to:

Whether you’re a couple looking for a romantic getaway, a business traveler needing a focused workspace, or a visitor eager to explore Seattle, this studio offers everything you need for a great stay.

In-unit washer & dryer.

Mini-split heating & cooling unit for year-round comfort.

Sleeping Area: queen-size memory foam bed and a sofa bed.

Dining & Kitchen: brand new appliances: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice. Fully stocked kitchen with tea, coffee, utensils, cookware and more.

Living Room: 50-inch flat-screen TV with free Peacock TV. High-speed Wi-Fi (700 Mbps) for streaming, work, or video calls.

Bathroom: fresh towels, hair dryer, shampoo, and body wash provided for your convenience.

Parking: one designated parking spot right in front of the Studio.

Guess has full access to the entire studio with keyless entry.

Strict quiet hours from 10PM - 9AM are enforced: no laundry, no loud noise.
No parties. No smoking or vaping inside.
The unit is fully private with its own entrance and amenities, and is part of a home with two other separate units.

The unit was extremely clean, stocked up on all things perfectly. Location of the unit is amazing if you are flying into Seattle, short 5 minute walk to the rail line which takes you straight into downtown or wherever you need to go.

Andy was an amazing host. The property was exactly like described. We had a small hiccup at check in but Andy was easy to contact and fixed our issue as fast as he could. Definitely will be staying here when we visit again. Highly recommend Andy and his property.

Fabulous stay

Well-appointed, sparking clean, everything looked brand new. I really appreciated the security light that came on when I came home late one night. Nice, quiet neighborhood but close to the light rail, too. Andy was a great host. I hope to stay here again any time I come to Seattle.

Great Studio!

My husband and I stayed here for SeaFair 2025 weekend and it was perfect! Close to Mount Baker station. It was on a quiet street. Everything was very clean and comfortable! Small kitchen was surprisingly well stocked and had all full-size appliances! We are already planning a trip back, hopefully in the fall/winter!
