Unwind in a great neighborhood of Seattle that is full of amazing restaurants that is walkable. Just a couple of blocks away you will find the Rossellini Bakery, Delancey Pizza and Frankie and Jo's Ice Cream. This cozy retreat features one bedroom with a queen bed and a comfortable living room that includes bedding for the sofa, perfect for an extra guest. The suite is on the ground floor so it stays nice and cool in the summer but also has hydronic heat for clean heat throughout the suite. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for convenience. Our guests also appreciate the full-sized washer and dryer in the suite. Guests will appreciate thoughtful touches like heating and an iron to make their stay easy and relaxing. Whether you're here for a quick getaway or an extended visit, this beautiful house provides a quaint and welcoming space to call your own. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

This was a great experience, cute space, quiet neighborhood, tho near a school. Football practice wasn’t too noisy. Great experience, would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect. My daughter and I stayed for a week and it was great. Everything worked, was clean and neat. And the bonus for me was how quiet it was inside. I didnt feel like I was in a city, it was just quietThe Directions and instructions for the unit, given by the host, were very helpful.

The place is so nice, the bed was lovely. They have a cozy place but good room for two people. Two suggestions, better directions around the alley and when stepping in the door there is a step down. Maybe a watch your step would be nice. But had a great time and will go back.

This is a very nice apartment. The spacious kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots and pans and cooking utensils, and there were even some spices and cooking oils. This is in a quiet location in Ballard with easy access to great restaurants in the area. The bed was so comfortable that it makes me want to invest in a memory foam bed. Kim is a very responsive hostess and quickly answered any questions that I had. I would highly recommend Kim’s apartment.

JUST LOVED THIS PLACE!!!! An advantage also here is you have private carport parking and so not have to worry about finding street parking.
