私たちのアパートはPloče、ドゥブロヴニクのエリート部分に位置し、旧市街から10km、最も人気のある小石のビーチBanjeから5分です。
ダブルベッドルーム3室、バスルーム2室、キッチン、独立したソファーベッド2台付きのリビングルーム、大きな家具付きテラスで構成されています。旧市街、ロクロム島、海の息を呑むような景色を眺めることができます。
デスクと椅子、緑豊かな花と花が飾られたこの大きなテラスは素晴らしい景観と素晴らしい夕日でお楽しみいただけます。

Wonderful apartment with a spacious terrace overlooking Dubrovnik old town and Lokrum island. A short walk from the old town. Our host was extremely helpful and welcomed us, showed us round and gave us recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Would certainly book again!

fantastic view and great location - must love stairs

5 days was great to experience the old city and some of the surroundings. The apartment is large, with very good appliances (no toaster though) and the patio is a great spot to enjoy a meal or just watch the boats going in and out of the old city harbour. Be aware that climbing stairs is a big part of visiting the old city, and also this apartment.

Very clean apt. Lovely view but noisy construction.

The apartment is big and very clean.The checkin process was helpful and the owner sat us down and give us a detailed description of everywhere to see in Dubrovnik.A how-to printout of the apt jacuzzi etc would have being helpful (similar to the house rules printout). We found out a day into our stay the jacuzzi heats up a degree every hour so we only got to use it once!Unfortunately there is a large hotel mid construction directly below which was very noisy from 7.30am - 9.30pm. The view is also currently slightly hindered by the 2 tower cranes.Overall the noise and vibrations of the construction was very disruptive to us as we travelled from a different timezone.

Like it says- Amazing View

Comfortable apartment about a10-15 minute walk to the Old City. Little grocery stores within a 5 min walk. A few good restaurants and Banje Beach within a 5-10 min walk. Plenty of towels, the hot tub worked well, and the owner was super nice and helpful with local hints. Even supplied a homemade rose petal liqueur if you wanted a taste. Felt completely safe in the neighborhood area as it seems to be surrounded by family homes/apts. If you want liveliness you need to go to the beach and town areasThe apartment is on a hill between 2 roads with each leading down to the city/ beach. Lots of stairs to go down or you can get a taxi or a Rideshare back on the upper street where you only walk down 15-20 steps to the apt.

Fijne schone locatie

Locatie ligt erg mooi. Mooi uitzicht op zee. Groot terras. Er werd tijdens ons verblijf gebouwd aan het hotel beneden. Dat was jammer voor het uitzicht maar gaf weinig overlast.Alles is heel schoon, ruim appartement. De bedden zijn alleen erg hard. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.In 10-15 minuten ben je lopend bij de rand van de oude stad.

Excellent views & location

All of the sightseeing in Dubrovnik is in the old town inside the fort. This property is a 15min walk to old town. Views from the balcony are stunning. The owner is very helpful and spent a good 30 mins giving us an overview of the property and Dubrovnik. She also helped arrange ride from airport. Highly recommend staying at this apartment. Just one problem that you have to deal with. Apartment is on the side of a cliff and you will need to climb a lot of stairs coming back from old town. We also had to carry our bags both up & down stairs and it was not easy.

Warm Beautiful and Friendly

Loved the stay in Dubrovnik, the apartment was top notch, the owner very helpful and friendly made us feel so welcome. Just a few minutes walk downhill to different places to swim and to the old town.
