Welcome to Northwest Sunlit Lane, a peaceful retreat perfect for families, business travelers, and small groups. This charming home features bright interiors, modern amenities, and expansive windows with natural light. Enjoy ocean access🌊, a gorgeous willow🌲 and a stunning Mt. Rainier view🌄. Step onto the lawn for coffee, a sunset, or to unwind. Cozy yet modern, this serene escape is your ideal base for relaxation and adventure.

This beachfront house features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 sofa beds, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, and 2 spacious living areas, providing ample space for families and groups. The layout allows it to be used as two separate units or one whole house.

Enjoy ocean access with a landmark willow tree, the perfect spot to relax. The house offers breathtaking Mt. Rainier views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. For added convenience, it includes new appliances, smart home devices, and an EV charger. Paddle boards and kayaks are also available once you sign the water sports waiver.

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, and outdoor spaces. You’re welcome to enjoy all on-site amenities, including the hot tub and outdoor grill. We also provide two paddle boards and two kayaks for your use, available once you sign the water sports waiver. Free parking is available on the property. Whether you're relaxing inside or spending time outdoors, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

1.【No Parties or Events】
We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting any parties or events during your stay. To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests and our neighbors, we have security systems and outside surveillance cameras that may detect noise and motion. Airbnb's policy mandates that we force evacuating party groups. Please note that a fine of $300 will be charged for any violations of this rule.

2.【Quiet Hours 10 PM-8 AM】
To respect our neighbors' peace and quiet, we kindly request that you observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. We strive to provide the most comfortable, clean, and well-maintained rental home for our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation.

3.【No Smoking】
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we strictly prohibit smoking inside the house. If any signs of smoking are detected, a violation fee of $300 will be charged.

4.【No Animals】
As much as we love animals, unfortunately, our property is animal-free due to the homeowner's allergies to animal danders/hairs. We have received an exemption from Airbnb, and we kindly request that you refrain from bringing any animals with you during your stay. If an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately, and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

5.【No Shoes】
We kindly request that you remove your shoes when entering the house to help us maintain a clean and hygienic environment. You are more than welcome to bring your slippers! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

6.【Self-Catering】
Please note that this is a self-catering home, and we will provide an initial starter supply, such as toilet paper, paper towel, etc. Any additional supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

7.【Early Check-in & Late Check-out】
We understand that you may want to check-in early or check out late, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that the early check-in/late check-out availability is based on whether there are guests checking out/checking in on the same day as your arrival. We can only approve these requests on a case-by-case basis once we confirm the schedules. Please check with us one day prior to your check-in/check-out date so that we can give you a definite answer.

9.【Lost and Found】
Please make sure to take all of your personal belongings with you before checking out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge a handling fee of $50 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

10.【Water Sports Waiver】
To enhance your stay, we offer complimentary water sports equipment, including paddle boards and kayaks, which are stored in the house for your convenience. However, it's important to understand that by using these equipment, you assume full responsibility for any risks involved. If you're the one who make the reservation, please be aware that you're accountable for ensuring ALL members of your group who wish to participate review and sign the waiver before using the equipment. If anyone in your group encounters risks without signing the waiver, you'll be responsible for any accidents that happen. Please note that minors are NOT permitted to use the equipment.

11.【Grill Use – Please Bring Your Own Propane】
We’re happy to provide a grill for your use during your stay. However, please note that propane is not provided, and you are required to bring your own propane tank if you wish to use the grill. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you enjoy your BBQ!

Airbnb only allows to put maximum guest number as 16 guests. If you have more than 16 guests, please be noted that we will charge extra guest fees for $25 per extra guest/per night to cover accommodation cost. For example, if you have 18 guests and you are staying with us for 5 nights, you will need to pay $25*2 extra guests*5 nights=$250.
