Affordable beautiful place to stay. Easy access to several beaches and accommodations across the street. The pool across the street is nice as well and the host was responsive and helpful when we needed them.

Condo has everything you need for your stay. All dishes, towels, beach gear, beach towels, etc. There really wasn’t anything we needed extra for our stay. Quick and easy communication, no lengthy labor intensive checkout process, just leave the parking pass and towel cards and out by 11. This is the first place we’ve stayed at outside of a hotel room where we truly felt comfortable and we will definitely be back.

We had a great vacation at this place! The location of this rental was perfect. The beach and town were close by. Our daughter absolutely loved the pool and my wife enjoyed the fitness center. The rental was very nice, well stocked with beach supplies, and clean. We spent most of our time exploring the island and it was nice to come back to our rental that was so comfortable each night. We would absolutely stay here again.

Condo located next to a great swimmable beach. Clean and pleasant condo as described. My kids loved the location. Great restaurant Keoki's Paradise right across the street. Great pool and gym access. Condo has everything you need for a great stay! Lovely flora and fauna on property that is more stunning in person than photos.

Everything was lovely! The unit was neat and clean - there was even a lovely goody basket waiting.The bed was so comfy - we slept great.And Sabina provided a very helpful list of suggestions for places to visit and where to eat. It proved to be a great help to us as first-time visitors.The location is great with easy access to the beach.Highly recommend this unit!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sabina’s condo in the Kiahuna Plantation! This condo is in a prime location with a short walk to everything you could want and need. 3-min walk to the beach, shops directly across the street, and less than a mile away. This condo is centrally located to everything. The condo is exactly as described, very clean, well organized, and has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Thank you, Sabina, for an incredible stay on Kauai; we hope to make it back again soon, and we would happily book with Sabina again!

There are pockets of Nats around the ceiling. You had to cover drinks so they wouldn't land in the drink.

HI Steve, I am so sad to hear about your inconvenience. I only wish you had reached out to me so I could send cleaners back to address the issue. The community receives regular bag treatment, and as you can see, we do have excellent reviews and no issues with any kind of bugs. We also list our cleaner's phone number with our check-in instructions so our guests can call them directly if there are any issues with our condo's cleanliness. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and are happy to jump in and take care of any issues that might arise.

Nice clean well provisioned place. Nice view into garden from balcony. Five minute walk to small shopping area with multiple eateries. Well provisioned fitness center is also only a five minute walk away. Note this is a ground floor unit and the following should be attributed to the guests staying in the unit above this one and not necessarily taken as a criticism of the unit. Periodically during four of the seven days we stayed, between 9am to 9pm (outside quiet hours), it sounded like people were moving furniture around and kids were running back and forth in the unit above. Good news is the noise always stopped before 9pm.
