Walk to Beach and Dock Square
This lovely home is ¼ mile from Gooch's Beach. You can walk to the beach or Dock Square. Great location for a family where children can ride their bikes in a small, quiet neighborhood.
The first floor features a large, state-of-the art kitchen with center island, separate dining room, and a living room with large flat screen TV. There is also a bedroom with Queen and 1/2 bath.
On the second floor there is a master suite with King size bed and full bath, one bedroom with Queen and another with two singles. There is also a full bath in the hall and an additional family room/den with a trundle bed makes into a full size bed there is a flat screen TV, DVD player. There are 5 fans and 2 portable a/c.
Large yard with gas grill and patio furniture for family gatherings and an outdoor shower (hot & Cold water) to rinse off after a day at the beach. A great place for a family vacation! Close to beach and town.
**A Pack N Play and booster seat are also available for those with young children.
