This property is located in the BEST location in Kennebunk! Walk about 5 minutes to Dock Square where you will find coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. Walk about 10-15 minutes down the sidewalks to Gooch's Beach- Kennebunk's most visited beach! This property comes with a parking pass to make parking on Beach Ave easy and convenient.

Outside you will be able to enjoy the yard games provided for your stay in the spacious yard and the deck which has a hot tub, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, dining set, and adirondack/lounge chairs. Please note the outdoor show is open mid April to mid October. Inside features a freshly renovated home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a loft area with a futon and desk!

**The hot tub is open from April 6th-January 2nd every year**
**The outdoor shower has hot and cold water and is open from May 1st-mid October every year**

The first floor has a sitting room that has two sofas, one has a pull out queen bed! The living room/dining room features vaulted ceilings and has a smart TV with plenty of board games. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your vacation meals!

The second floor features 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a loft.

Fantastic stay!

Fantastic updated beach house! Had everything we needed and was very clean, with all the necessary amenities. Close to town for daily coffee walks or shopping and very close to the beach with a parking pass. It made for the perfect KPT vacation!

Great house and location!

This was our first trip traveling with our friends and their kids and this house was perfect! It has a lot of things to accommodate children and babies, high chair, pack n play, utensils and plates. Not to mention all the beach stuff and a wagon, super convenient as we flew in and couldn’t bring all the things. The location is great, can walk to town or the beach easily! Really comfortable with the a/c units and the beds are great too. Overall we loved the house and would stay again!

Amazing stay in perfect location

We just finished a 5 night stay and had a wonderful time! The home was modern charming and beautifully maintained and well stocked for a comfortable stay. The location was perfectly situated halfway between the beach and town and we were able to walk to both. We will absolutely be back!

The house was as advertised and looks just like the pictures. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable beds. The location was exactly what we were looking for, walk to town and to the beach. Would definitely stay again when back in the area

Perfect from start to finish

We have stayed in many rentals from the Florida Keys to Seattle Wa and this was as good as it gets from start to finish. Coastline was great and the home was amazing. They answered everything quick and easy and made the check in to check out quick and easy. We would highly recommended Coastline and this house if your looking to stay in Kennebunkport for your travel.

Perfect summer getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No detail was overlooked in this sweet house. All the rooms are spacious and have lovely sunlight, A/C kept it comfortable despite the heat, and the hot tub was a fun bonus. And it truly is a special location. Just five minutes walk into Dock Square, which we did everyday. Easy drive or walk to Gooch’s Beach. Though it’s not on the ocean, you still smell the salt water air. Loved our time here.

Comfortable home close to town

We stayed here in the winter with our 10 month old son and our dog. The house was warm and clean and updated. We appreciated that there were dog bowls and a high chair and pack and play available. Our son loved the loft area to look down into the living room. The property manager was helpful and easy to reach. We would stay here again

Great home, great location, great experience!

We were an adult family of five with one infant. We found the home to be just as described. It was very clean, roomy, and comfortable for all. Being able to walk into town for shopping and dinners was a bonus. The walk to the beach was nice as well if it was for the purpose of taking a walk, but we found when heading there for the day/afternoon with lots of gear it was easier to load up a vehicle and drop things off. We also brought a couple of bikes with us which worked out great! The communication with the host was also great. Questions and information was at our fingertips. We would definitely recommend the home and management team. We had a wonderful time in a clean and comfortable property in the perfect location!!

This home was wonderful! We have specific needs as a family member is in a wheelchair, and although the listing has a ramp shown in the back, that is no longer on the property. We knew this right after booking as I reached out to express our excitement, and they offered to let us cancel if needed and provided updated photos of the back. We chose not to and have portable ramps that worked! They were so nice and accommodating with measuring the step height so I could make sure the height work with the ramps. We loved our stay at this home! The house is so clean and comfortable and well taken care of. The hot tub was excellent! The walk to downtown is so short and easy, and the beach is beautiful! We will definitely be coming back. They even recommended a photographer for family photos that we used and loved! Also, my then boyfriend secretly hired her for a surprise proposal! Maine and especially kennebunk is now even more special to us as we got engaged on this trip! This is the first vacation our whole family was actually relaxed! And being able to bring our two dogs was so special and stressless part! Highly recommend this home and location!
