Welcome to the Resort at Goose Rocks Beach! This rare, spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit sleeps 6 people comfortably. Located on the second floor, the unit is equipped with central air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen, linens, beach towels and beach chairs. The amenities are endless! Indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, gym, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball court ( with pickle ball net), charcoal grills, picnic area, play area, and so much more! Perfect for friends' getaways or family vacations! The kids will never be bored in inclement weather! They can hit the indoor pool or play some pool, ping pong, air hockey and more at the clubhouse! Located next door to Goose Rocks Dairy Ice Cream Shop and just a mile to the soft white sands and calm, shallow waters of Goose Rocks Beach. Goose Rocks General Store is your go-to for beach toys, books, last minute essentials, groceries, breakfast, lunch and great takeout coffee from Mornings in Paris! Only a 3-minute drive to the Tides Beach Club for a sunset cocktail and 10 minutes to the shops and dining of Dock Square. Pack your swim suits and leave the stress behind—your Kennebunkport retreat starts here.

Our stay was lovely, thank you! Things to note: broken storm door, broken window in room with trundle bed, ants getting in under big window in hallway, AC very loud (but works great!). Everything else was perfect )

Fantastic for kids

Super friendly & quiet neighborhood. Lots of activities to keep kids busy. Good communication with property manager. Very responsive. Has everything you need (toys, games, towels, beach chairs, dishes, new pillows, new comforters, fans, water purifier, etc). Outdated furniture but cozy & good for kids. Trundle bed not comfortable for adults but ok for kids. 5 min ride to beach but beach pass cost 200 for 1 car for the week. Hard to find parking on weekends. Beautiful beach. Great for kids. Shallow & clean. Not crowded. No bathrooms.
