Checks ALL The Boxes, except for the upstairs noise
I would give 5 stars. Brian was very responsive and gave clear check in instructions. This apartment was very clean, and easy to find. We had free street parking and were conveniently located walking distance to the supermarket. We were also a 15 minute drive from Liberty Park to board the ferry. The ONLY negative is the noise upstairs. It was worse between 11pm and 4am. The first night ai informed Brian, he was apologetic and said he would address it with the upastairs tenant. Not sure what happened but the noise got even worse that night. My family was awoken at 2:45am by stomping and was seemed like deliberate noise by the upstairs tenants after pur complaint. We chose not to complain a second time to Brian. We didn't want to engage in what appeared to be a deliberate attempt by that tenant to irritate us. We put in ear plugs and ignored them as best as we could. That is what made our stay unpleasant. Brian, if you don't do something about that tenant you might loose potential vacation renters. That tenant upstairs is very inconsiderate.
