Welcome to your beachfront escape in beautiful Redington Shores, unit 202.
This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located directly on the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in The Shores - a charming, boutique-style building with just 20 exclusive units, heated pool and an outdoor barbeque grill.
Step outside and you’re just moments from the beach via a private gated walkway. Enjoy incredible Gulf views from your large, west-facing balcony - the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind with a sunset cocktail.
Inside the condo:
• Spacious master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom
• Second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed
• Queen-size comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room
• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy breakfast bar
• Full-sized in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience
We’ve got you covered with thoughtful extras:
• Fresh bath towels & beach towels
• Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel
• Starter packs of dishwasher pods and laundry detergent
• Beach chairs, umbrella, and toys available for guests to use
Parking:
• Free designated parking for 1 vehicle
• 1 guest parking space available (first come, first served)
