Great location, bad listing
I can't recommend anyone stay at this VRBO. The place is essentially under-furbished; no hangers in the closets, no bathmats in the bathroom, no curtain on the bathroom window, no AC except for one bedroom, no mirrors (particularly full length mirrors) at all except over the bathroom sink, etc. The sheets on the bed and towels we received also weren't super clean when we arrived either. The two biggest issues we had however were that we had no hot water for the entirety of our stay, and the wifi either barely worked or didn't work at all. It was not at all fun coming back from a long day out in the city and having to mentally prepare to take an ice cold shower. There is no common area or desks in the bedrooms either, so between this and the wifi I definitely wouldn't bank on getting a significant amount of work done while staying here. The two positives are that 1. the location is great; very close several Subway lines plus both Penn Station and Port Authority, and 2. the property manager is kind and responsive. Still wasn't worth the price and inconveniences, and certainly won't be returning.
