Good location, room is extremely hot, not very clean but okay. The issue is , the hosts contact you constantly. To the point of harassment. They texted no less than 30 times from several different numbers. The neighbors above are extremely loud about 11pm and 5-6 am. Other than that, the place seemed to be in a safe location and had food and amenities close.

The place was clean and cozy, and the beds were comfortable. We had a pleasant stay overall. The customer service was excellent—very responsive and attentive, which we really appreciated.A few small suggestions for improvement: a light switch closer to the door or wall in one of the bedrooms would be more convenient, and two of the rooms could benefit from a bit more storage, such as a dresser. It would also be helpful to have wash rags and a bath mat or floor towel for stepping out of the shower. The bathtub could use some updating, as it drained slowly, but the team did try to address it without success.Overall, a nice stay with great customer service, and a few minor updates could make it even better.

Really was a bad experience, I need my money back for at least 5 days that my family could not enjoy our stay waiting for workers to finish their job while we were there.

It was fine- typical for a midtown rental. Needs lots of maintenance and a deep clean, but worked for our needs since we were not there much. Appreciated having one set of keys per guest room as we were not always in the city together.

Perfect stay with plenty of space in midtown! There are 4 bedrooms and a cot available, in addition to the sleeper couch. Host was excellent and the stay was exactly what we needed!

Victoria’s property was a great place to stay! Very clean, in a great and safe location that was close to everything midtown. Would definitely return or recommend to anyone. It was the perfect place for a friends weekend.
